Did he really do anything? His role is never shown in the movie, other than to destroy Hydra? Still, it was destroyed along with S.H.I.E.L.D..

It was hilarious, if Zhang Wen hadn't allowed it, they wouldn't even have been able to enter Zhang Wen's house with their fragile strength.
