And when that expectation is disappointed, or when it's about to be disappointed, or when you go in the direction of disappointment, you will be sad, anxious, and depressed. That's what expectation.

And what about inaction? Those who do nothing only do things, but have no expectation of the outcome of things. Go with the flow. Do your best, obey the destiny of heaven. Go with the flow. Because there are no expectations, no psychological fluctuations, I can treat everything and someone in the same way from beginning to end.

Because of inaction, quality is consistent. Supporting them is not a result, it is a quality, a quality. Therefore, I will not think that the result will change, but change my own attitude, and always with a sense of awe, so that I can often get things done. I can feel that inaction, as a principle of doing things, can really make your thinking level jump to a higher level. Of course, if the ideological level is too far away, it will not work, and rotten wood cannot be carved.

1. Don't care too much about others, you don't have this right.

2. Don't expect that there will be a return on your efforts, there may not be a return, the greater the expectation, the greater the disappointment. So when you give, don't think about returns and expectations.

3. Respect other people's decisions, but you have the right to speak.

4. Don't fight for everything, don't fight for small profits. First, you can cultivate an open-minded heart, and second, you can save energy to strive for greater interests5
