At the beginning of writing a document, I found that some managers were careless and finished the procedure document in one page, only putting forward the general theory, while some managers were more careful and wrote a procedure document in nine pages, which was easy to understand. Some of the program files written by managers are easy to understand, but they only express the general meaning coarsely. Some of the files written by managers are full of professional terms, so that people who don't know the professional terms can see them in the clouds.

So I had to give a training to the Department Manager and required that the style should be in accordance with the document and data control procedure I wrote. Considering that the company may implement ISO14000, QS9000 / TS16949 and so on in the future, we will establish four systems, namely, ISO9000 quality management system, administrative management system, ISO14000 environmental management system, QS9000 / TS16949 automobile industry quality management system and so on. We also need them to understand, considering that some procedure documents in ISO9000, ISO14000 and QS9000 may be included There will be overlaps, so compatibility should also be considered. Among them, ISO9000 system is the most priority system, let them understand first.

At present, ISO9000 quality management system and administrative management system are prepared, which require that the coding and document control chapters of the two systems should be different in color, so as to distinguish them in the future. I put forward these requirements to the Department Manager one by one.

When they write each procedure document, I have to personally participate in the joint review. For some documents with unclear ideas, organization and logic, sometimes they even ask to completely overthrow and rewrite them. In the new procedure document, there is an obvious division of technical work. In the past, the company only managed process engineers and mold engineers, but now the project management system is implemented, which is divided into five management systems: Project Engineer, mold engineer, production engineer, quality engineer and sales engineer, which makes the division of labor more obvious and greatly improves the work efficiency High.

In this set of quality management system procedures, there are basically laws to follow, and most of the routine problems can be found in the procedure documents. I believe that if we did not run the new system for half a year in a hurry, after training, implementation, daily audit, improvement, even strict and rigorous audit, we would have passed.

The workshop type enterprise relies on the personal experience of each master, on an ancient way of oral teaching by master and apprentice, rather than on the summary, analysis and refinement of written records. How much growth can we imagine?
