3rd Person’s POV (MC 4 yrs. And 6-8 months old)

Everyone in the room except Kel who doesn’t know much about spells, and Vin who has a vague concept of tiers of spells, were shocked by what Klein said, the parents, looked dumbstruck on their sit, for they think that yes they taught their son magic and basic spells for beginners, but the sudden revelation made their minds stopped working for a second.

Still not believing what Klein said, Alfred asked.

“Are you sure?! Do you have evidence?!” -Alfred-

“I don’t, but I can share to you my memory *notices*.” Looking at the disbelieving look of his companions and visitors he added. “I guess I’ll share it with everyone.” He held out his forefinger and chanted.

“Memory Magic: Shared Moment.” A ball of white that seems to have mist coming out of it formed at the tip of Klein’s finger, the ball is about twice the size of his nail, then it floated at the center table only to divide itself eleven times and went directly to the heads of the people before vanishing,

Everyone was silent for a while as a rush of memories flooded their brain, giving immediate proof to the question in their hearts.

They could not believe what they had saw just now, it was like a dream, a very interesting, unbelievable, ecstatic, horrible, and all feelings in a jumbled mess, kind of dream, they could not believe, but felt that they just had to believe,

If Klein could hear their thoughts right now, he would undoubtedly agree with them, since he felt the same way too just a few moments ago, and until now.

“Ha…how..ha..how is… that possible? How is this possible?!” Alfred then again took the lead in speaking first, but coming out in stutters, for who would’ve thought that their son could execute such high level spells, in big quantities too.

Of course they are able to do or execute those spells for they have done so many times in the past, it comes naturally, and they believe that they’re son would be able to do it too, but a- as a child?! WHO WOULD, COULD, SHOULD, BELIEVE THAT?!

If only Lyn and Alfred could hear each other’s thoughts right now, they would freak out how in sync they are.

On the other pair, Lorna felt like sleeping, drowsy from the overload of information, Erick felt very much awake, due to the surge of adrenaline of the battle he saw, he was ecstatic for one, while Vin felt conflicted, thinking whether the Ken was a threat or not to his daughter,

Kel looked motionless, but her eyes looked excited, inside she is too, I mean who could have such a lucky opportunity to witness beautiful magic.

(A.N.: away from urban city or kingdom in this case, made me think that I should just write them as simple minded, for who would have political, hierarchical and social problems in a desolate village? Not them they don’t, hehe)

“You tell me, I haven’t witnessed such profound wielding of magic and execution of spells since our last battle, which was ten years ago.” replied Klein, letting his back rest on the chair.

“Huh? You battled with the leader of the Northern Forest before?!” asked Lyn, looking at her husband in disbelief.

“Haha, yeah, but I was fine though, after our battle Klein offered to let their healers, tend to my wounds, before going back.” He said, looking apologetically at his wife, with a hand at rubbing at the back of his neck.

“So that’s why you looked exhausted but oddly looking satisfied the second month we were here ten years ago.” replied Len, looking frustrated and annoyed at her husband playfully.

“Waaahhhh, I wish I could’ve fought the leader too.” said Lorna suddenly, which garnered the attention of everyone, looking at her in shock.

“Ah, hehe, excuse us everyone, my wife just likes to battle too.” said Erick, embarrassed at his wife’s unconscious remark. Lorna popped out of the daze she was in and noticed that everyone was looking at her, she felt conscious for a minute thinking what she did, making her uncomfortable.

“Honey, I think we should really work on your daydreaming every time you drift off.” said her husband fondly. She looked at him confused, which then Erick elaborated.

“I think you know what I’m talking about.” then it hit her.

“Did I say that out loud?” to which Erick nodded and said “Yes”. She hid her head in her hands in embarrassment, her face flushed, which made everyone laugh, much to their amusement.

“Well, shall we discuss another topic for this meeting?” Coralia said, diverting the attention towards her.

“I think we all guardians and leaders know what to say on our next agenda.” she added looking at her companions meaningfully.

“Ah yes, in regards with the training of your children, we the leaders would be delighted to take you children as our apprentices.” said Lana, which officially made their agreement a final.

“It’s a great honor to become the teacher of your child, especially those special ones.” added Klein.

“But before we make a training regime for the kids, I would like to know who trained them in the past, and hopefully, if it is okay with you, indulge yourselves in planning the training regime for your children.” surprisingly, Ulysses ended the discussion, as if it was planned by them,

But to the parents, it was quite a shock to hear him speak, since he was quiet in most of the discussion, -along with Vin and Kel,- but were still filled with gratitude towards the latter.

“Okay, it was me and Erick who trained the kids in magic and combat, and sometimes our wives would help out here and there, Vin and Kel would visit and indulge themselves with kids letting them learn more about the wild.” said Alfred enthusiastically.

“Perfect, now we just need to create a training regime for them, would you mind if I peak into your minds, to know what kind of training you’ve been giving them, since it would be convenient this way.” -Klein-

“Sure, we would not mind.” and with that Klein chanted the memory spell from before, but this time he touched the foreheads of the two, drawing out two light balls the same as before, the process wasn’t painful at all, as it was smooth and didn’t cause discomfort,

Klein then duplicated each ball into two sending them each to Lorna and Ulysses, he didn’t need to send one to his head since he was able to send the memory directly into his brain.

“What do you think?” asked Klein to Ulysses.

“It’s not bad really, but will add some physical exercises here and there to build more stamina and strength, it would also be good to join in some precautionary training to develop their senses more, to figure out a tricky situation or possible danger.” replied Ulysses thoughtfully. Then Lorna chimed in.

“I agree, so long as we take into account the situation the children are in, safety should always be prioritized.” the adults then indulged themselves into the conversation, giving ideas occasionally, each giving contribution to the discussion.

They finished 2 hours later and are now relaxing on their seats, occasionally sipping the tea prepared by the host, waiting for the children to arrive, before anyone could react, the door suddenly burst open revealing a man, that looked to be on his 30’s, but on the contrary is already on his 60’s,

He had a subtle and small moustache, big arms, long legs, muscular body under the tattered clothing which looked awfully similar to Vin’s and Kel’s clothing, while two boys dangled on both his arms and a girl perched on top of his shoulders smiling and giggling at each other,

The man after pushing the door harshly while looking at the kid on top of him, diverted his gaze towards the people inside of the cottage, who, had barely concealed shocked expressions before smiling brightly and said…

“I’m back.” Everyone snapped out of their daze, and stared thoughtfully at the man, except for Vin who was smiling towards the man.

“You’re late Felsin.” said Ulysses, standing up to meet the man, Felsin looked his way and immediately, like some kind of invincible force had just turned the world upside down, the smiling man, pouted, a big, intimidating, bear-like man pouted at Ulysses.

“Stop scolding me Uly.” Felsin said, pouting while putting the kids down and watch them run to the lap of their parents.

“That’s because you always do this. Every time we have important meetings or things to do, it’s either you’re late, or you arrive halfway through.” retorted Ulysses, walking back to his chair. Before he could sit, he was hugged in the back by Felsin.

“I’m sorry Uly, please forgive me.” Felsin said, still pouting, Ulysses turned around to look at the man, only to find Felsin, giving him puppy eyes. The parents in the room could not help but feel as if they’re vomiting blood from the scene they are portraying,

Cannot help feeling awkward in their situation, they though, that who would’ve predicted that the man would not only pout but sprout puppy eyes at Ulysses.

They feel as if a grave punishment had befall upon them, as for the hosts, long had encountered the same type of situation, disregarded the other two as if they were not there, or more like, the man is not being clingy towards the Black Panther. The Black panther went back to his sit left of Klein.

Vin looked at his uncle intensely, and when Felsin felt the stair of his nephew, he took a peak, and was greeted with Vin’s eyes as if saying ‘We need to talk.” Felsin went further in the house to get himself a chair, then placed it left of Ulysses.

“Kids, did you have a good time walking around the village?” asked Coralia to the children, effectively catching their attention, the kids smiled and replied.

“Yes, Aunt Coralia.” -Celine-

“We did!” -Wilbert-

“Yeah!” -Ken-

“Well I’m glad you did, and another thing, since all of you are already here, we have already made up our minds and decided that we’ll let you train under the three leaders as per requested by your parents.” said Coralia. To which garnered different opinions of the kids.

“Did we ask that?” -Wilbert-

“More training?! (eyes sparkle)” -Ken-

“(got nothing to say) *confused*” -Celine-

The kids then entered a series of giggles and loud talks, which was started by Ken.

“Now there’s more.” Trunk said, catching the attention of the three.

“Apart from being trained by the three leaders, you will also have companions.” added Trunk, which perked the interest of three children, one thinking that he could have another person to spar with, the other thinking, that he’ll have another friend, and the last wondering if there will be girls, so she won’t feel out of place with all the boys around her age.

“Come in children.” Coralia said, and upon finishing her statement, behind the open door, a head popped out, with long ears and a furry face, one could assume that the creature that looked inside the house could be regarded as a bunny,

A pinkish white bunny, it then stood at the open space where everyone can see, the bunny was clad in armor, and when it approached it looked at is if it was walking on human foot despite its small size,

It’s body barely passing the body of a chair, it then stopped at the side of Lana, looked at her, then at their guests. The kids were gawking at the bunny in armor, their eyes shining with excitement, the parents, looked surprised but excited nonetheless.

A black and white smoke then appeared out of nowhere from all corners of the room, before converging at Ulysses shoulders and dissipating, leaving two panther cubs, one is black on his right and the other is white on his left, Felsin then gently took the white panther unto his lap, then slowly caressed it’s fur.

A hiss rang out from outside of the cottage then a white snake’s head popped out on the window beside the door before disappearing and reappearing again by the door before letting itself in, and perched at the back of Klein, it’s body is quite big that almost it’s width took half of the doors width, and it’s long tail was still seen on the side of Felsin.

While the rest of its body curled. One after the other the children can’t help but be amazed, and without notice, the animals simultaneously shape shift to their human for, the bunny turned into a boy, slightly taller and bigger in build despite looking like a child, still clad in armor,

The black panther turned into a boy, wearing a black robe with dark blue linings on the side, that climbed on the back of Ulysses propping its legs on both shoulders while spurting a cheeky smile.

The white panther turned into a girl with long white hair, wearing a white robe with gold linings on the side, sitting obediently on Felsin’s lap, smiling softly, the snake turned into a taller boy wearing a white robe, with black embroidery on the sides, the boy walked at the side then to Klein, then sat on his lap.

They simultaneously then said.

“Hi! My name is…”

“Allen.” -The white snake-

“Saber.” -The black panther cub-

“Lila.” -The white panther cub-

“Glen” -The pinkish white bunny-

“Nice to meet you.” The four simultaneously said.
