She bowed while apologizing profusely to him, whether it was out of nerves or not, the woman lost her grip on the flowers causing them to fall to the ground. She cried while bowing to Chairman Duan, who wasn't in the least moved by her tears.

They stared at him open mouthed as he began walking away. Fear came over them, since they knew there were repercussions for letting a VVIP go. Sadly, the person in question already had his mind made up, no amount of pleading was going to change it.
