The Universe Conspired For Us To Meet

The next morning when Jayne woke up, she found herself in an unfamiliar environment. She found herself beneath a warm comforter which was thick and irresistibly soft like a billowing cloud. She rubbed her her fingers against the soft, silken mattress.

She saw Ronnie sitting near the window. A faint ray of sunlight passed through the window and fell over his chiselled face making him shine like a pearl drop. Suddenly she felt warmth spreading all over her in spite of the winter time; when all else is so cold. It radiated from the man who had risked his life to rescue her, his love and nurture was emanating easily as they breathe.

Later she remembered the previous day's activities of coming here to his mansion at London. Nevertheless she continued to admire him quietly with a warm and affectionate gaze. She observed that he had got himself a shave. The man before her looked dropped dead handsome. He was a different Ronnie than what she had seen earlier in the forest.

His steel eyes fixed their gaze on the newspaper before him. His thick eyelashes fluttered now and then. His thick eyebrows furrowed for a bit and then returned to it's calm.

Suddenly she heard Ronnie's voice, "Like what you see?"

Jayne felt like a kid caught in the act of robbing a candy. Instantly her face turned beet red. So, she threw a pillow at him in response to his question. Ronnie was unprepared hence it hit his strong and sturdy arm. Jayne hid herself beneath the comforter in shame.

"Hahaha Jayne! You think you can escape from me. You are in my territory now. Don't even think I'll let you go." He let out a villainous laugh.

"No Ronnie!" She laughed and threw another pillow in response to him which Ronnie caught and sprinted towards her bed.

Now Jayne got up from the bed with another pillow. They instantly got into a pillow fight. The sounds of their laughter echoed in the room. They tore open the pillow and now threw the cotton fillings inside it. It led to the formation of a huge cloud of cotton which fell all over them.

At that instant, Jayne lost her balance and fell back to the bed. Ronnie too was pulled along with her which resulted in their lips accidentally brushed past each other.

Jayne couldn't help but close her eyes due to the sudden proximity and the kiss… Ronnie now admired the beautiful woman who had totally trusted and given herself to him. His love for her grew even more.

His gaze fell on her nose ring which was alluring him right from the day he saw her. He kissed her nose. She shuddered in response with her eyes closed. Ronnie moved further up and kissed her eyes. He then trailed soft, buŧŧerfly kisses down to her lips when she slightly opened her eyes which was boss filled with tears. Her lips was slightly parted.

"Do you even know how alluring you are right now Jayne?" He spoke in between kisses.

Jayne tugged at his shirt in response. His gaze fell over her soft lips. He sealed her lips with his. The soft kiss then turned into a passionate one. She opened her mouth to breathe in some air as she was getting breathless. Little did she know that, her opening the mouth gave better access to him to invade into her mouth. Their tongues now twirled and danced together none wanting to leave each other.

"Knock! Knock! Knock!"
