The Upgrade System

As Sofia stopped cultivating, she got a message from the system about the healing pill.

'I was pretty sure that Dan had the system but with this pill, it's basically confirmed.'

Dan came downstairs as Sofia was about to finish making breakfast. He saw that Sofia was making breakfast and he was shocked that a rich person like Sofia could even cook.

'I just assumed that rich people just had other people make their food.'

As Dan and Sofia started to eat their food, Sofia started to talk about the system.

"So when did you get the system?"

"What?"

"The Store System. Don't say that you don't have it. I saw the pills that you gave me and my dad being sold there. There was also the cultivation book and you always cultivate according to that book as well when you have nothing to do."

"Fine, I have the system. When did you get it?"

"Yesterday."

"Ok."

"Hey, aren't you a little bit shocked."

'No, not at all'

"Why would I be shocked? I mean I had it already and the system is based around buying and selling with others so I always knew that there would be other people and it might add others."

"Ok, fine that aside aren't you worried that I would fire you now that I can cultivate as well."

"Did you read how long an average person takes in order to get to level 1?"

"Then what if I fire you after 1 month, I mean I assume you are only level 1 as well since you said that you didn't have your current strength and pills a couple of days ago."

"Well yes, If I was a normal person, I would only be level 1 but that's not the case."

"How are you not normal then and what do you mean you aren't level 1?"

"Well let's just say I am over level 5."

"What? How? It's supposed to get harder the more you level up. How did you get to over level 5."

"I am a genius."

"Yeah right, even a genius wouldn't be able to level up so quickly."

'Hey system, can other people also level up by killing animals?'

[Yes, but it has to be animals which has spirit energy, so the animals in this world wouldn't give them any Exp]
