"He probably thought that I wouldn't buy it for him but to his surprise, I agreed but on the condition that he pays the money back to me with interest. That was his first business dealing."

'Well, books aren't lying to me. People do talk a lot when they are very proud of something now, I just need to make him spill more details.'

"What happened after that?"

"Well, after taking a pretty good amount of time to pay e back, he decided to ask me how to make a lot of money."

"That was the time when I introduced him to real estate."

"After that, he slowly learned more in my company until he opened up his own real estate company."

"Did your wife agree with the way you made Issac learn about real estate?"

"We argued about it for a bit but she slowly understood my point and she went along with it."

"She seems understanding. How did you meet her?"

"It was in a business convention. I remember that I went there to give a speech and she was also there to give a speech."

"We started to talk. At first, it was only about business but after a while, we started to talk about other things such as our lives, dreams, and families."

"Speaking of dreams, do you still have a dream that you haven't accomplished?"

"Yes, I haven't managed to skydive."

"Why not? You have more than enough money to skydive."

"Money isn't the problem. The problem is the fact that I am scared of heights."

"When did you start to get scared of heights?"

"I don't really remember."

They kept on talking like this until they managed to get back to the parking area where they decided to split ways.

Handing Dan a number, Max said, "You have been a nice person to talk to. This is my private number, you can call me if you need any help in the future."

"Ok, thank you. Don't go back on your word."

"No worries there, If I can, I will do my best to help you in the future."

After that, Dan and Sofia went into Sofia's car and she started to ask Dan a couple of questions.
