Ling Tian continued to fly for a few more hours, before returning to where they had agreed to meet.

He didn't discover any natural formation of teleportation. He was somewhat frustrated. Although he liked living in a quiet place like this lower plane, he did not want to spend the rest of his life here.

He didn't even discover other cities or places where human life existed. Everything was plagued by demonic beasts.

The only thing that he missed was that, it seemed that this Divine Star continent was something small, like a small world in a lower plane. He felt that he could fly the entire star continent in about a month by flying on his sword.

Ling Tian flew quickly to the designated spot. He descended from the sky and put his sword away.

No one had arrived.

He didn't even release his spiritual sense to scan his surroundings. In this lower plane... what dangers could happen to him? He was the strongest in that place so far.

Ling Tian decided to lean against a tree, waiting for those two to return.

As he had nothing else to do, he closed his eyes and fell asleep.

After a long time, Ling Tian felt a strong, ugly breath near his face.

He opened his eyes and was a little surprised.

A demon beast in the Sixth Stage of Chi Gathering was in front of him, its red black eyes and its breath crashing into his face. It seemed to be watching its food.

It was a demon beast in the shape of an ox, with a long horn on its forehead and its huge body.

Ling Tian raised his eyebrows as he watched it. He did not even make the attempt to move. He was not afraid. With one wave of his hand, he could easily annihilate this demon beast. Using his strength from the sea of knowledge, he could even destroy it.

Just as he was about to kill it because it did not move and its breath was horrible, Ling Tian felt the presence of Tang Jingtian.

Tang Jingtian shouted nervously when he saw a demon beast about to eat Ling Tian.

The demon beast charged toward Tang Jingtian.

It hit a tree and smashed it.

Tang Jingtian narrowly escaped the onslaught of the demon beast. He was scared inside when he faced the ox.

The demon beast charged at Tang Jingtian again.

"Argh!"

This time, Tang Jingtian couldn't dodge, so he took the blow to his left arm while trying to cover himself. He flew away a few meters before standing up again.

"Brother Jingtian!"

A scream was heard from far away.

Tang Jingtian was somewhat relieved to see Mu Shen running to where he was. Though two Great Heavens ranks would find it nearly impossible to defeat a demon beast of King rank, they still had a chance to hurt it. If not, they could escape once Ling Tian had run as well.

Tang Jingtian quickly told Mu Shen why he was facing the demon beast. Mu Shen also drew his sword from his back.

Ling Tian had also seen Mu Shen coming: 'It looks like it will be interesting. Let's see how far their potential, their determination and willpower can go...' He was watching the two boys fight a demon beast stronger than them. He couldn't help but lift the corner of his mouth slightly.

The demon beast stopped moving when it watched the two boys together, facing it.

Tang Jingtian frowned as he checked the jade bottle.

"Inside are the medicinal plants you wanted. Check it out."

Tang Jingtian opened his eyes as he quickly opened the jade bottle and pulled out the medicinal plants.

"What!"

Tang Jingtian was surprised, but then he stood up quickly as happiness covered his face: "Thank you Brother Tian!" He thanked him deeply as he squeezed the jade bottle tightly.

Ling Tian nodded with a smile as he waited for the two of them to recover.

After about ten minutes, they returned to the star city.
