The Way of The Dao

Ling Tian finally opened his eyes after such a long time.

That layer of memories that were so blurry and he felt as if he was at the bottom of the water, made him somewhat helpless that he couldn't see them properly. He only felt that happiness, that hurt, that joy, that sadness in each one of them.

But it wasn't long when Ling Tian blinked softly and her eyes finally shone, with that brightness and that charm they all knew. The earlier feeling disappeared and that sense of security and confidence from before returned once again.

"Master..." Lan Yin whispered as her small eyes were filled with tears. Qing Sha on the other side also squeezed Ling Tian's hand tightly.

"Hey..." Ling Tian spoke in a weak voice, trying to squeeze their hands as his hands were held by the two girls.

His body was completely weak and he had to exert a lot of effort to be able to move. He could not even feel a trace of spiritual energy that could flow in his body. This reminded him again of when he faced the first heavenly punishment and Mu Shen found him and brought him home, finally being almost in a crippled state while he and Mu Shuiruo took care of him.

Ling Tian felt an inexplicable sense of happiness, well-being and more deep feelings that he could not describe. This feeling that came from seeing these beloved women who cared about him, as well as the love and care they had for him, made Ling Tian aware that his life had really changed and had yet another important meaning in it.

The girls hugged him, letting out their tears as their hearts poured out all the pain and worry they had towards Ling Tian.

Ling Tian raised his arm with difficulty, stretching it out and opening his hand towards Yun Mengxin. Their hearts were resounding at the same time and they finally held hands.

Yun Mengxin could not bear it any longer and also threw herself towards Ling Tian, also making space for herself between her sisters and feeling Ling Tian's unique warmth. The Queen, the Ice Goddess also could not help but show the inner sanctum of her heart.

Feelings poured out and a thick layer of love and happiness could be felt in the room.

The 7 girls hugged and cuddled around Ling Tian, wanting to feel his body as they soothed their hearts and happiness grew steadily. The little white fox also snuggled into Ling Tian.

Shan Qingwu blushed and her heart raced. She also remembered that moment and blushed more. But her heart somehow felt happy to see that Ling Tian had helped her by giving her such important medicine.

They all saw this and somehow the worry about Ling Tian's condition lessened. They knew Ling Tian would have his ways to recover and he didn't want to worry them too.

"Looks like I was unconscious for a long time, doesn't it?" Ling Tian asked with a slight smile.
