"Th-They... disappeared?"

Di Ji's mother muttered in stupefaction when her husband, Ling Tian and Feng Ye disappeared in front of everyone. Although she knew that these people were the legendary cultivators and could imagine the power that these people who were like gods had, she still couldn't help but be shocked to see this kind of occurrence.

"Aunt, don't worry, everything is fine." Shin Wei nodded with a gentle smile to Di Ji's mother. He quickly understood what Ling Tian's words meant.

Her motherly gaze but also with a chilling touch scared Di Ji as she pinched her soft cheeks, the latter quickly nodding her head.

Di Ji knew that her mother rather than being angry was worried because she hadn't sent letters lately, so she felt a warmth and sweetness as she sensed her motherly love and concern for her.

"Sister, did you bring me something?"

"Sister, tell me how you spent your time with big brother!"

Di Ji's two younger siblings rushed to her and hugged her, asking her all kinds of questions.

"Did Master go somewhere?"

Almost at once, a familiar voice was heard in the small room as they saw a very beautiful young woman enter.

"Grandmaster will be right back."

Xuanyuan Ling replied to Li Fengyuan who had returned, blinking for a moment as she saw that she seemed to become more beautiful!

Li Fengyuan nodded as she greeted Di Ji's family normally. She had bathed and cleaned herself, removing all impurities and making sure that no bad odor remained on her body after she had broken through. Her complexion was more radiant and her skin was smoother, like a baby's skin, white and beautiful.

Feng Xiao was surprised and a slight blush appeared on her face, seeing Li Fengyuan more beautiful than before. His breath became slightly agitated and he swallowed awkwardly as he felt nervous.

Although Li Fengyuan's newly ascended cultivation had not completely stabilized, she would quietly do so in time, so she decided to show herself to Ling Tian after cleaning up and changing.

Now Li Fengyuan had returned towards Ling Tian and she was a little disappointed and saddened not to see him. After all, she was his sword maid and had to stay by his side and protect him from any enemy as her duty, though in itself it was ironic since Ling Tian was stronger than her.

Di Ji's mother was surprised and worried to see her husband in such a way, taking his hand worriedly.

"Don't worry aunt, he is only dizzy and it will soon pass." Ling Tian smiled again with a little guilt as he tried to apologize to Di Ji's mother, assuring her that Di Ji's father was fine.

Di Ji's father nodded somewhat awkwardly to his wife, assuring her not to worry.

A beautiful little flower with five petals alternating between red and blue on each petal was inside the jade container.

"That's the real flower?" Feng Xiao murmured in astonishment before a tear formed in the corner of his eye, feeling hope and relief fill his being. His elder sister could recover!

Now all they had to do was to rush back and prepare the medicinal pill for his elder sister!

"Young Master Ling..."

Feng Ye turned to look at Ling Tian with some eagerness. If it wasn't for Ling Tian's identity and the respect and fear he had for him, Feng Ye would have already flew back to the Heaven Territory right now.

Ling Tian looked at Feng Ye and Feng Xiao's expressions, seeing how important this woman was to them.

"Why are you waiting for my decision? I'm not holding you two back." Ling Tian smiled wryly and rolled his eyes slightly. Then, he said, "You guys can go back, I still need to go to the imperial capital to collect a debt..." The corner of his mouth lifted up and showed a playful expression, as if whatever he had to do in that place was easy to do.

"Senior Brother!" Feng Xiao blinked and was ashamed as he realized that he lost his temper wanting to rush back and looked at Ling Tian who was always composed and calm in the face of everything.

"Looks like we'll have to leave..."

Ling Tian gently looked at Di Ji and the whole family and said with a smile, "I will personally take care of the family that sent these attackers, so you don't have to worry anymore. The two little kids also cried out sadly and clung to Ling Tian, looking at him expectantly and refusing to let go.

Ling Tian smiled somewhat helplessly as he watched the children cling to him.

"Children, the young master has to leave. Don't make things harder for him." Di Ji's father sighed inwardly after he calmed down and took the two little children, saying at once, "They are powerful cultivators who will become the legendary immortals one day, while we are mere mortals. We can't be an obstacle to the young master and his whole family." His gaze softened with a hint of sadness as he saw Di Ji's face. They were not cultivators, let alone had the talent to become one!
