The witch's rebirth

Rea White was the reason I was expelled from college. I hated her with a passion. It wasn't until later in my last life that I found out that she had been a newly transform vampire of an underground clan.

Everything was in their hand. The death of her family that she miraculously survived the explosion, taking a stand she held her own against the six other crime families on this side of the country. Arming herself to the gun with good lawyers, bad cops, and popular reporters, she ruled her empire and under them she feared no one.

This time, however, she'd never get to walk that road. The girl was early on my list. Then it drew how I could push the blame. It was a crafty plan.

"I remember that she gave birth to her second child or something?" I prompted.

"Yes, but it wasn't his. They divorce. He was going to get married again. Then his new girl decided to run off with a male model before the wedding invitations were out. Jamey didn't take it so well has been spending all his nights at Finex club, I'm guessing it how our two love birds met." she said with a pointed look.

"Interesting, she may be next" I said,

"What's she got to do," asked Richarson sounding nerves.

"Is there something you want to share?" I asked," Come one get it on record that she may be the next victim. Babies are always good sacrifice. Espcially, if it's of blood relation."

"But the news,"

"No, it's his baby," I said with a knowing look.

It was this fact that Rae uses to nail me as a fraud. This was pay back. I nodded giving her the signal that I would ask Knight about this too. Today I was going in as a consultant but Finex would have to show at the station later, on the record. Me, I'll be playing a very dangerous game, not that I had a choice anymore.

"Don't forget to call me if the blood is not the two victims. I need to know when there's a high possibility that this was the work of a cult. Could you also find out if any of their jewelry of theirs is missing?" I barked out orders, "I may have an idea of what could have happened but I'm not too sure until you can confirm it and try to talk to her roommate about the tattoos. Girls always talk and have you talked to the cousin and the ex-wife."

"I'm on it. No need to tell me how I do my job." Ronnie snaps back, clearly offended.

Knowing a dismissal when I heard one I made my way out before they toss me out. We walked side by side. Ronnie was busy barking orders to the forensics guys who were happy that they were finally let into bag everything up, take back to the lab and go home. Richardson had texted in and told Ronnie that Jamey was wearing a ten-carat ruby around his neck so he was covering that angle, she snorted and texted back that she had it covered.
