The witch's rebirth

The annoying thing, even with the knights before me I couldn't think straight. My thoughts were all focus on him and his needs. I really need to bail.

"I need to eat breakfast first," I said in a hurry. "I'll be right back. Or could you follow me down to my kitchen?"

"Wonderful, I'd love to watch you eat" he purrs out huskily.

I did not say anything to that comment. Taking my time, I led him down to my lab where I kept my prized supply.

After leaving home I had to make do but over the last few months I've gotten a better grip and collected a number of ingredients. The most important was mermaid flesh. It was poison to Normals but to the others that knew how to prepare it. It wasn't. Instead, it could grant you eternal life. I didn't have enough to do that just enough to replenish what is lostbut it was not without the price. I really didn't like pain but it was the price I was willing to pay as I felt very weak.

There was no time before the killer came after me again. I also had a lot to do to change my future. I really didn't want the war to start and my aunts to die.

Reaching to the top shelf. I pulled out a white jade jar. I open the jar with a hard pull, pulling out the pickle meat and slice it sashimi style. It was a fitting end as most mermaids were from Japan. The smell was mouthwatering but I was not looking forward to it.

The meat was very salty but still, it tasted good, but this time I cook it right. This level of pain didn't face me. It could be because I had experience worst in the coming war. Just remembering made me shutter. Pain and suffering were common in the future. I rather not let it happen. To change that I needed to collect more power than the council and my aunts combined.

"I'll give you my blood" Alpha Kight offers, "Think of it as part of the signing as I need my blood in you for the plan to work and I also need you to use a lover potion."

It was a good plan.
