THREAT OF LOVE

almost a month Ayunda lived in the villa. she felt very safe at mr. El's place, even though they had just met but Ayunda could see that mr. El was a good man. although lately they rarely see each other, because Mr. El is busy in the office. but Mr. El still pays attention to Ayunda.

Ayunda wants to have a good time to talk to Mr. El. he wants to tell her that he wants to go home to his family. Ayunda knew that they must have panicked. especially Mr. Danuarta who is her husband.

night came. Ayunda waits for El's return, she sits in the living room watching TV.

It was 11 o'clock at night, but Mr. El didn't come home.

"Is he working late today?" Ayunda muttered.

Ayunda decided to go back to her room. But he stopped when he heard the sound of a car.

"That must be Mr. El," Ayunda turned and walked towards the door to welcome Mr. El home.

The servant opened the door for Mr. El. Ayunda walked to meet Mr. El, but his steps stopped when he saw the look on Mr. El's face that was so wrinkled.

"Wow, he looks so exhausted." Ayunda thought.

"Why haven't you slept yet?" asked Mr. El when he saw Ayunda who was standing not far from the entrance.

"I'm not sleepy yet, other than that I'm waiting for master." Ayunda said.

"Waiting for me?" asked Mr. El looking confused.

Ayunda nodded her head.

"Alright, let's talk in the living room." said Mr. El who walked first. Mr. El also asked a servant to keep tea and hot coffee for them both.

Mr. El sat on the sofa loosening his tie. while Ayunda sat on the chair opposite El.

Ayunda was so nervous, she didn't know where to start.

"Hmm..., sir. First of all, I thank you very much for your help so far. I don't know how to repay your kindness." Ayunda said as she lowered her head by clasping her hands.

"Marry me," said Mr. El. but the invitation sounded quite pressing and cold.

Suddenly Ayunda was surprised and then raised her head to look at Mr. El.

At that time, Mr. El looked at Ayunda with a faint smile on his face.

Ayunda also smiled, only that could solve the silliness and expressions that made no sense according to Ayunda. he thought that he might have heard wrong, it was just an illusion and his mind is in a mess right now.

"Do you have a lover?" asked Mr. El which made Ayunda surprised again.

"What?! this is not an illusion or I have a problem with my ears." Ayunda thought.

"lover?" Ayunda asked Mr. El back with a face that was still confused by the current situation.

Mr El nodded his head.

"Is this real?!" Ayunda muttered while looking at Mr. El.

"Why are you just keeping quiet? Am I being too presumptuous for asking such a personal question?"

Mr. El's words made Ayunda even more confused and depressed.

"It's not like that, sir," Ayunda said, shaking her hands.

"Or are you married?" said Mr. El. Ayunda was even more surprised to hear that from Mr. El.

"Actually, it's very difficult for me to talk about this. I don't have a lover, while for my family? I..." Ayunda's words stopped. he thought for a moment about what he would say to Mr. El. that she had married a 60-year-old man to pay off her forest. Will Mr. El believe and not think strange things about him? Ayunda doesn't want to have a bad impression on Mr. El, basically he doesn't want Mr. El to misunderstand him.

"If you don't have a lover, you can think about what I just said. I'll give you time," said Mr. El. He immediately stood up from his seat to go to the room.

"If you have nothing else to say, I want to rest," said Mr. El.

"No, sir. You can go back to rest. Sorry for disturbing your rest time, sir," said Ayunda, who had stood up and bowed her head.

"You don't have to be shy with me," said Mr. El, then went to his room.

Ayunda can see Mr El's tired face.

"In fact, I haven't had time to say anything yet. hm..., I'd better try again tomorrow. I'll ask for permission to return to Indonesia, then take care of the divorce papers with Mr. Danuarta. That way I can answer Mr. El's application." Ayunda said excitedly.

this time he is determined to live and fight for the future and the person he loves, Mr. El.

Mr. El asked the servants not to disturb him. He stood in front of his bedroom window looking out the window. His face was so flat and his gaze so sharp. all of which can describe his bad mood.

"What should I do with that woman?!" said Mr. El.

It must go forward and cannot go back. that was all he could do for now.

The next day. Ayunda wakes up early to be able to meet Mr. El. but unfortunately, Mr. El left the house at dawn. That's what a waiter said.

"Is there a problem with his work?" thought Ayunda who was worried.

Ayunda felt stuffy just being inside the villa and outside the villa. he is not allowed to go out of the villa. although Ayunda felt like she was being locked up in the villa. but Ayunda still thinks well of Mr. El. surely Mr. El did all this for Ayunda's good.

"Can I talk to Mr. El on the phone?" Ayunda asked the butler.

"I'm sorry miss, but it's still working hours. I'm afraid the lady will disturb the master's work." said the butler.

Ayunda was very sad to hear the butler's words. ever since he came to this villa, it was as if all eyes were on him with displeasure, especially butler Jang.

Ayunda just wanted to ask Mr. El's permission to get out of this villa to take a walk to see the beauty of the city. but all the space for movement is limited. wherever he goes he is always followed and watched. Although uncomfortable, Ayunda always tries to be calm and patient. Now in thinking about Mr El's proposal for him. although a little sudden, but he felt happy about the proposal.

Ayunda is about to return to Indonesia and submit a divorce letter to Mr. Danuarta. Forcing Mr. Danuarta to divorce himself, after that he will return to country H to meet Mr. El and accept Mr. El's proposal. Besides, Ayunda is sure that Mr. El has the same feelings as him. Mr. El will definitely accept his married past, but he is still a girl and has never been touched by Mr. Danuarta. that's why, he was so sure to be together with Mr. El to start a happy life.
