Every time Kurumi observes the physical strength of All Might she is amazed, it is astonishing how a human body can hold so much power.

In the meantime, however, the two boys received two opposite attentions, the one with green hair was immediately scolded for his recklessness, while the one with blond hair was praised for his attitude and mainly his Quirk.

Kurumi seeing this attitude of the heroes can only be disappointed, no one among all these "heroes" has decided to take a step in to save the boy with the blond hair, nobody. The only one who has done something, as Kurumi sees it, is a boy without Quirk, a "scrap" of society.

She can understand that the situation was dangerous, a hostage had been taken, but there were more than five heroes in that place, it would have been easy to save him, yet they preferred to wait, also risking the boy's life.
