TO THE MEAN MATE

Amy Pov

I guess I'm not ready to take the next step. Do Alex wants me to break the curse? Does Aaron want to stay with me? Do he likes me or not? 

"What's cooking in your head? " Aaron poked my cheek. 

I looked at him, he looks so cute. I looked at Alex he is still asleep. He must be tired. 

"Nothing, I was thinking about everything"

He kissed my forehead. 

"Do you regret kissing me? " He asked me. He looks somewhat nervous. 

"No. Do you? " I asked him impatiently. I need to know if it's just happened in the heat of the moment or did he feels something from it. 

"No. It was the best kiss. "

I smile at him. I feel relaxed now. 

"I want to be with you," I told him. He breathes hard and intertwined his fingers with mine. 

"I want to be with you too. "

I pecked his lips and grinned. 

"Don't worry we will work things out" I assured him. 

"But what if Alex wants to lift off the curse? "

He asked me while playing with my hands. 

I gulped. I don't know what he wants, but I don't want to leave Aaron. I hope he would agree with us all being together. It will take time to accept everything. 

"I'll go to shower then"

I nodded at him, he left after giving me a passionate kiss. I almost lost control. I had the urge to pee, I tried to wake up, but Alex holds on to me got tightened. 

"Alex I need to pee, leave me"

I try to push his hand out.

"Please stay a little longer"

"Alex, LEAVE ME OR I'LL PEE ON THIS BED" I yelled at him. 

He quickly uncovered the hold. I ran to the toilet. 

Alex was still laying in bed when I came back to the bathroom. 

"Come here," He asked me to join him in bed. 

It's almost 10 in the morning. And Lisa might be searching for Alex. We can't let her know about me being together with him. 

"Alex, we need to eat and you have to go back before Lisa reaches your room"

"Can't we have a little chat? " He pouted at me. 

How can someone resist this cuteness? I sat beside him. He pulled my hands into him, I smile at him. I know something is bugging him, I know the reason to, but I don't know how to let him talk. He needs to speak to me. 

"Do you want to lift off the curse? "

What do I answer him? Am I not sure what should I do? Should I accept both of them? Can I handle two mates? I need to think more, I can't decide within few hours. 

"I have to think about it" I answered putting my head on his chest. 

His hold me got tightened. 

"So you Considering it" He replied. 

"Yeah, it's shouldn't be fair to Aaron if I didn't consider it," I said pulling my hands out from his grip. This conversation is getting awkward. 

"Shouldn't you only think about me? I'm your real mate" He replied Irritatingly. So now he's irritated, it's no mistake I ended up with two mates. There's no real or fake mate, he needs to accept it. 

"He's my mate too" I answered him. 

I can sense he is getting angry, but we can't hide the truth anymore. 

"Because I was cursed"

"Look, Alex cursed or not he's my second mate. I have to think about him too before taking any decision. "

I said while standing from the bed. I don't feel to continue this conversation anymore. We both need more time. 

"Yeah second mate" He spatted the word. 

I'm not going to answer this bullshit anymore. I left the room without answering him. 

Aaron was waiting in the kitchen. I smiles at him and hugged him. I feel more relaxed now. The scar is happy with Aaron more than with Alex I don't know the reason. 

'I'll tell you later ' Scar told me. 

"Come, I made your favourite pancake with maple syrup"

I grinned. 

"Thank you" I pecked him on the cheek. 

"You don't have to thank me" He replied. 

"Well, well what's going on here" I heard the annoying voice from behind me. 

I didn't reply, I just sat on the chair and started eating, Aaron did the same too. Soon after Alex also joined the table. 

"So are you guys dating or something now? " Lisa asked me. 

"Yeah" Aaron replied to me. 

I stared at him. I was speechless. Why did he agree to it? Well, we can't tell her that he's my mate too. 

"Let's go outside today Amy," Aaron said while putting his hands on my shoulder. 

"Okay," I grinned. 

"Don't you have work today? " Alex suddenly asked Aaron. Oh my god. His face looks like, princess. I guess he's jealous. 

"No. I finished all my work yesterday. I'm free all day" He answered him. 

We both ate in silence. Back to Alex ignoring me. Things would never change. I grabbed mine and Aaron's dish and washed it. Aaron asked me to wait outside. Little after he came back with black Mercedes. I hopped in the passenger seat. He started the engine while holding my hands on gear. 

"I missed our hanging out"

He said while driving fast. 

"Where are we heading? "

I asked him. He just said we are going out, but where? 

"To to meet elder"

"Why? "

Did he want to ask more about the curse? Don't he wants to stay with me? 

"I need to know more about two mate thing. I need to know if I ever find a second mate if you reject me"

I gulped. Did he think I'll reject him? 

"I'll never reject you, Aaron"

He sighed. 

"Even if you want to stay with me. I don't think Alex would like it. He already hates you being with me. "

I rolled my eyes at him. Really? It's my decision that should I reject Aaron or not. And if I want to keep both of them or either of them. 

"I don't care if he hates about this arrangement. "

He chuckled. 

"My small baby grown up, I guess. You became a wild cat. "

"Oh shut up. I know how to stand up for myself"

I sighed. 

"I know, I was just kidding. And I like it that you are independent. "

I smile at him. We reached a big building. I remember coming here with dad, it's the pack council. 

Aaron holds my hands and headed in the right direction. We reached in front of a room. 

Aaron knocked on the door, three times. 

"Come in" An unknown voice heard from inside. 

We both entered the room. I feel a little scared, I don't know why. Nervousness spread through my body. 

"Relax" Aaron whispered to me. 

"I'm Elder Stephen please sit"

He greeted both of us. 

"So is she the one you talked about it? " Elder Stephen asked Aaron. 

"Yes," Aaron replied. 

3rd POV

"Closer your eyes Amy," The elder asked Amy. She closed her eyes, she doesn't know what's the elder going to do with her. 

"Think about your future, your kids you pack," The elder told her. She got relaxed a little more and think about her future. She only saw a single person from Alex and Aaron. 

"Who do you see, with you? " The elder asked again. 

"Alex" She replied. 

"Open your eyes"

Amy slowly opened her eyes, she realised what she said, she thinks of future with Alex, not Aaron. She looks at Aaron, he looks a little upset but he quickly masked his expression. 

"Now let your wolf take over your body"

She got comfortable and let her wolf took over her. Scar felt more energized for some unknown reason. She feels completed. When she was with Alex, she felt some piece is missing, now it's feel good. 

"What's your name," Elder asked her. 

"Scarlett" She whispered. 

"Now close your eyes"

She did the same as Amy did. She let her body relax and closed her eyes. The elder asked her to think about her future. 

"Now who do you see with you in the future" He finally asked her. 

"Aaron"

"Okay, now open your eyes and Amy take over your body"

She was confused. Why did he ask her to think about my future? And why didn't she see Alex in it? Look 'sot only about the curse. She was destined to be with both of them. 

Back to Amy's Pov

"What? But why"I asked him confused. Why do I destine with two wolves? 

" Alex is your mate, but it's different for your wolf. Aaron is your wolf-mate"

He explained to us. But I got more confused. 

"So that's why I feel more connected to her wolf than her? " Aaron asked the wolf. 

"Yes. Amy's human side soul mate is Alex and her Wolf's mate is you" Elder said. 

"But, how did it got different? " I asked him
