When Lou Xia thought about that, she got all excited and she had totally forgotten that Lou Wei had previously told her that Wen Fan is the latest floating ball system that his company is currently researching on and he even warned her sternly to keep it a secret.

How in the world that Wen Fan suddenly became a character in the game and everyone knew about his existence?

However, she soon realized that she had gotten the wrong idea. She quickly patted her face dry, put on a face mask, and called one of her friends who was traveling with her to inform her that she had some emergency and needed to go home. She booked the early morning flight, packed her things and she is ready to head home to check on her brother.

But after she went through some ‘extraordinary hardship’ to rush home, she realized that the house was quiet and empty.

Lou Xia checked the time on her phone. It was only six o’clock in the morning. She placed her luggage bag at the door and ran toward Lou Wei’s bedroom.

She took a deep breath and twisted the doorknob to open the door. She opened her mouth, intending to startle her brother who was still sleeping.

And then –

She saw her lucky star!

Because the holographic projectors only detect the height and width of Lou Wei’s bed without adding the thickness of the quilt of the bed, what Lou Xia saw was Wen Fan’s sleeping on the bed and the soft and thick quilt that wrapped around him partially went through his body while some were pressed underneath his body. This scene is supposed to be weird, however, Lou Xia didn’t feel frightened looking at him.

Because Wen Fan was really good-looking. His delicate face that was gathered under the quilt made him look like a little kitten wrapped in the middle of a thick quilt. His body curve was smooth and beautiful. Even his fingers that were touching the headboard of the bed were like blooming flowers. The piercing sunlight from outside the window also seemed as though it was reluctant to disturb Wen Fan’s sleep. It only cast its rays by the window, isolated from the heavy curtains.

Even Lou Xia didn’t dare to disturb him and she subconsciously controlled the sound of her breathing.

She suddenly forgot the reason why she went into Lou Wei’s room. She closed the door gently.

She was still in a daze when she closed the door.

The young man’s appearance really stood out. Even if he was closing his eyes, she could still tell from a first glance that he is Wen Fan. Someone sleeping on her brother’s bed, a young man sleeping on her brother’s bed, a beautiful young man was sleeping on his brother’s bed and this young man is her lucky star!

These thoughts came together, messing up Lou Xia’s mind. For a moment, her mind went blank and she couldn’t even think straight.

She turned her head around and met a pair of sharp eyes that were very similar to hers.

Lou Xia almost leaped out of her skin.

She quickly stood upright and put on the image of a cold, wise and virtuous lady, “Brother, I’m back.”

Lou Wei sized her up and lifted his brow, “Why are you back?”

How can I not be back? I can’t let you enjoy the lucky star alone, can I?

Lou Xia secretly smacked her lips. However, she pretended to be worried, “Brother, Zhao Megke told me that you’ve spent a huge amount of money that was equivalent to a Ferrari to buy a whole lot of useless holographic projectors.”

Zhao Mengke…

Lou Wei muttered his name silently as he narrowed his eagle eyes. The sleepiness on his early morning face gradually disappeared and the fierce, solemn look on his face appeared once again.

It seemed that Lou Xia didn’t notice his haze and she continued to complete the task that Zhao Mengke assigned her. She said against her will, “Brother, this is too much! All these cost more than ten million. Cost-saving is a virtue!”

‘Well, it’s not my money anyway’, Lou Xia added in her heart.

Lou Wei lowered his gaze and swept his eyes around her. He vaguely felt her real feelings. However, he kept quiet.

Lou Xia cleared her throat. She didn’t manage to put up any makeup today because she was in a hurry to come back, but she still looked as stunning as ever. Her delicate facial features were tensed. At first glance, she is an ice sculpture beauty that looked similar to Lou Wei.

She mimicked Lou Wei’s cold expression and lowered her voice, “Moreover, I already know about the real Wen Fan. He is still laying on the hospital bed. What you’ve told me before about the floating ball system was all fake. That game was fake too. You released Compangnon as an excuse so that you can openly create a holographic projection of his avatar!”

While Lou Xia was talking, she noticed Lou Wei didn’t respond to what she said at all. She was even more sure that what she said was right, and she began to talk excitedly, “This is not right, Bro! You need to wake up. You are only treating him as a substitute! The one who you truly like should be the Wen Fan who is laying on the hospital bed. If you like him, you should visit the real person. What’s the use of looking at the projection of a virtual character every day?” Lou Xia secretly said to herself, ‘You should leave him with me so that I can ask him to draw cards for me.’

As Lou Wei’s younger sister, she certainly needs to advise her brother. However, her mind had already drifted to Wen Fan who was sleeping in Lou Wei’s bedroom.

She thought of the young man’s body and appearance. She was itching to take a few more glances at him.

But Lou Wei, who stood in front of her, kept quiet.

Lou Xia pondered for a while and thought that perhaps her words had pierced through Lou Wei’s heart. She summarized her next speech, aiming to get Lou Wei to give up the lucky star inside the bedroom and let her have it, while he goes and visits the real person.

But before she could say the speech that she had mentally prepared, she heard her brother say, “Actually, he is the real Wen Fan.”

“Of course he is Wen Fan, who else can he be? Zhao Mengke——” Lou Xia stopped abruptly.

She suddenly recalled that previously when she asked Wen Fan to help her to draw some cards, the tiny man who is supposed to be a floating ball system didn’t respond abnormally and even helped her to draw cards successfully. Even the content of the dialogue that they had was like that of a real human.

But how is it possible for a robot to have such a flexible dialogue database?!
