Transmigrated Into The Book

They were all shocked at what they saw. The people around them are also getting a bit crowded so you have to hustle to see what's going on in the middle. Jin Hyuk used his arms to make a way as he slowly pushed the figures blocking his sight. "Please excuse us" he said

Everybody looked at him the moment they recognized his face so they quickly moved aside. When Jin Hyuk reached the center, his eyes widened.

"You piece of garbage!! How dare you show your face to me!!!" Cheol-min yelled but he quickly stopped when another punch landed on his face. He coughs blood and his head is almost curled down.

There were two guys, more like a bodyguard; they're holding Cheol-min both arms while there was a man in his middle age. His face is scary and his expressions are stern like he was holding a grudge towards Cheol-min. He punched the man in front of him. "You have no right to even look for an eye to me!" he snarled

Jin Hyuk was stiffened, completely stupefied. The strong and brave Cheol-min became soft and weak in front of that man. He can't believe it, Cheol-min doesn't want to be overtaken or outnumbered but now, he sees something different. 

He knows Cheol-min can handle the two men holding him, but he doesn't resist. His eyes just remained staring down. Jin Hyuk looked at his eyes, he was startled. It was full of sorrow and grievance, it was sadness that's conquering him right now.

Jin Hyuk unconsciously moved towards them, his feet were trembling and his heart was beating so fast. He knows he has no right but he won't let Cheol-min be seen in such a situation. Jin Hyuk dashed towards them, not even hesitating to catch the punch that was supposedly for Cheol-min.

"Argh!" 

Jin Hyuk groaned the moment he felt the soreness overtook him, he winced in pain. Cheol-min quickly recognized his voice so he got the courage to push the two men restraining him and catch Jin Hyuk straight to his embrace "M-Manager!!" he yelled

And before the two men could make their moves, a powerful kick drove them away. "Don't you dare touch our manager…" Min Jun's eyes were venomous and cold. 

The middle aged man who was ordering them was now slumped on the ground, Jiyeon was holding his collar "Who told you to touch my Jin Hyuk?" he was almost full of madness

Jin Hyuk noticed the heavy and sharp atmosphere so he tried to stand while Taehwun was supporting him "G-Guys, enough" he mumbled

The boys followed his orders and the Inn's security came to stop the commotion. Everybody went back to their rooms.

"Ow!" 

Jin Hyuk winced the moment he felt the cold ice touched his cheek. Min Jun was treating him while Jiyeon was attending Cheol-min on the other side of the sofa.

Cheol-min glanced at Jin Hyuk "I-I'm sorry, manager" he whispered, showing gratitude in his eyes

Jin Hyuk moved towards his side and patted his head "It's okay, I know that it's not your fault after all" he said gently.

"We believe you, Cheol-min!!" Min Jun exclaimed cheerfully as he groped around the male's shoulders

"Moron! Don't push too much! My face still hurts!" Cheol-min gave him a slight smack

Jin Hyuk felt assured from what he saw, the old cocky Cheol-min is finally back. But he still can't forget the sad face of the man before. 'Cheol-min, who's that bastard?" he asked

Cheol-min paused then he remained silent. It seems like he didn't want to answer so Min Jun lifted up the atmosphere "Why didn't you beat him to pulps?! You're always saying that to our face!" he said 

Jiyeon who was busy arranging the medical kit glanced at them "He looked familiar" he said, everybody looked at him with question marks on their faces.

"Is he an old acquaintance to you, Cheol-min?" Jin Hyuk asked

Cheol-min bit is lower lip then he closed his fist, he didn't know how to open up to anyone. He was brave and straightforward but he couldn't convince himself to open up to someone. He uttered a name with his nervous tone "...Xiaozi" 

"Oh!!! I remember it!! Xiaozi! Your best friend!!" Min Jun exclaimed straight, he was going to say another word when Jiyeon stopped him "Let Cheol-min handle this, this is all about him after all" he commented 

Cheol-min stood up "M-Manager, I want to go somewhere with you" he said as he pulled Jin Hyuk's hand towards the entrance

"Manager? Manager? We are here"

Jin Hyuk blinked his eyes, it was really a long ride that he fell asleep along the way. They step out from the vehicle, it was good that the place Cheol-min wanted to visit is not that far away from the Inn.

{Wait a minute! What is this?}

"Cemetery?" Jin Hyuk uttered after seeing the sign from the big gate, the area was quiet and peaceful. There are few people who came to visit their bereaved loved ones. He was behind Cheol-min all this time so he followed the male very attentively. 

"...Oh maybe he wanted to visit some family to lessen his burden" Jin Hyuk thought. He realized that besides knowing that Cheol-min was a child prodigy, he didn't know a single thing about his family "Is it his father? Or maybe his mother died and he wanted to visit her? Should I buy some incense like Joss sticks or a candle?" he was busy debating with himself until he bumped Cheol-min's back

"We're here, manager" the male uttered as he sat down in front of a gravestone.

Jin Hyuk turned silent, the grasses under his feet rustled with the afternoon wind. He watched Cheol-min bow his head to pay respect. He was going to ask the male why he brought him here when he suddenly noticed the grave name.

"Nam Xiaozi?" Jin Hyuk mumbled, but it was loud enough that Cheol-min heard it.

"Yes, he was Xiaozi...and that man is his father" 

Jin Hyuk felt sad for Cheol-min, hearing from Min Jun that Xiaozi is a best friend to the male. He sat down with Cheol-min to pay some respect. 

"M-Manager? Am I a bad person?"

Jin Hyuk quickly opened his eyes "You're not a bad person!" he exclaimed

Cheol-min remained silent, lowering his head and curling his back. The bangs on his forehead covered his eyes so Jin Hyuk can't see if he was crying or something.

"Xiaozi....I killed him" Cheol-min mumbled
