Transmigrated Into The Book

"I couldn't sleep!" 

Lou Jiang exclaimed as he stretched out his arms on the bed. The weather was starting to become cold and their thin blankets were not enough for the chilly nights. He turned his gaze to Gung Weixi's bed when he saw that the male were wriggling inside his blanket, he smiled.

"Weixi?!" he called out in a slow tone but enough to reach the male

"Are you sleeping? Weixi?!!"

The male didn't respond but he can see that he was still awake.

"Weixi? Aren't you cold?" he called out again

Lou Jiang made a cunning grin then he picked up his pillow and tiptoed towards Gung Weixi's bed. 

"Boo!"

Gung Weixi was startled and shocked at the same time when someone grabbed his blanket away. He couldn't sleep because it was too cold and the warmth from his blanket wasn't enough for him. He is gradually getting cold these past few days because of the medications he is taking.

"What are you doing under? Ehehe" Lou Jiang made a grin then he climbed onto Gung Weixi's bed which made the male sprang away.

But before he could step away, Lou Jiang quickly grabbed his wrist "Where are you going? stay here" he asked

Gung Weixi was so red that he couldn't contain his beating heart anymore. Did Lou Jiang want to sleep with him? He gulped "W-What are y-you doing?" he mumbled

Lou Jiang pushed him, pinning him down "Let's sleep together" he whispered 

Gung Weixi's nerves literally jolted from his head to toe, he was frozen there under Lou Jiang. His face was almost blushing so hard and his heart was about to explode from nervousness. He was more stunned when the male leaned closer to him,slowly like it was aiming for his lips. He closed his eyes very tight, he wasn't a good kisser and it was his first time. 

Minutes passed but nothing happened, he then opened his eyes and felt something heavy on his chest. Gung Weixi was surprised after finding out Lou Jiang was lying on his chest, snoring soundly. 

The cold he was feeling completely disappeared and the warmth from Lou Jiang's body intertwined with him. Without thinking, Gung Weixi's hands moved towards the male's waist, enveloping him in his embrace.

'DING! LOVE METER: 35%'

The next morning, Lou Jiang woke up alone. He was almost late for the morning exercise but instead of attending it, he went upstairs to the rooftop. 

"I'm so sleepy" he yawned before walking towards the ledge. "He didn't even wake me up" he snorted, crossing his arms 

It was almost noon and the warm sun rays were nearly touching his face. The moderators will probably check their rooms for attendance. There was an old bench near the old maintenance room on the rooftop and it was Lou Jiang's secret bed.

"I guess I will be sleeping all day" he grinned mischievously

When Lou Jiang turned his head towards the way where he was going, the door suddenly opened. His eyes widened after seeing the familiar face. 

Gung Weixi entered the door, there was something in his expression. "W-Weixi?" Lou Jiang mumbled and before he could process what happened, Gung Weixi ran into his embrace, like he was a whimpering dog. His breaths were heavy and he was gasping real hard. 

"W-What h-happe---"

Lou Jiang froze when he saw another two men enter the rooftop. They're wearing a white uniforms. It must be the nurse's uniform, but he just couldn't understand why Gung Weixi was so scared.

"Weixi are you okay?" he whispered but instead of answering back, Gung Weixi tightened his embrace on him. He was shaking and trembling.

The two nurses then walked towards them holding a syringe "We need you to come with us, Gung Weixi" one of them said

"Wait" Lou Jiang said with full of authority 

The two stopped halfway,he grabbed that opportunity to speak what's inside his mind. "You don't need to force a patient if he was in this kind of state, he was trembling in fear" he embraced Gung Weixi back "Let me help to calm him down" he suggested 

One of the nurses scowled his face "I'm sorry,patient #36, but we don't have much time, we needed to do what was ordered to us" he said 

That time, Gung Weixi got the chance to talk with his trembling body "H-Help…" he whispered 

Lou Jiang froze, Gung Weixi's words echoed inside his ears jolting his nerves. It was wrong, something wasn't right. He can feel the male's fear from his shaking body and arms around his waist. Gung Weixi never acted like this before, he promised that he will take care of him and protect him. He must find a way.

Lou Jiang then gave them a cold gaze. "I will not let you get him in this kind of state"  he sneered,taking a step back with the male in his embrace.

He can probably handle them because they're only two. They can dash straight to Wu Jun and ask him for help since he's one of the moderators here. He grasped Gung Weixi's wrist and whispered "When I say RUN, run with me" the male nodded

Lou Jiang then cleared his mind, they just needed to run away down from the rooftop. He counted inside his mind.

"Run!!"

Their bodies froze instantly when they saw another two men enter the door blocking their way. They quickly moved and separated them, pulling them away.

Gung Weixi was like a crying kid, not wanting to leave him. He was seizing Lou Jiang so tight towards him. Lou Jiang then wrapped his arms tighter to the man saying that he will protect him.

"Weixi, hold onto me!!!"

But it was too late, Gung Weixi's body quickly softened when one of the nurses forced a tranquilizer on his neck.. It caused them to separate while the two quickly restrained Lou Jiang and before he could run away, a pain struck his nape, delivering him to sleep.
