"We are here to get the young master back.."

Before William could respond, another body approached him "What took you so long guys?' Asher greeted the men at the entrance. 

The five men bowed their heads "Good morning, young master,please forgive us for coming late" one of them said, facing Asher.

William was left there out of the topic so Asher tapped his shoulders, letting him face the five men "Did any of you know him?" he asked, his voice was calm but emphasizing. 

All of them froze, sweat dripping from their foreheads as they gulped the saliva from their throats. One of them stepped forward and said a word "We didn't know anything, young master" he said

Asher frowned for a minute then he went back inside to gather his clothes, "I'll be going now---" he paused, trying to recall the name of the man beside him because he totally forgot it again. 

"Liam," William uttered because he realized it.

Asher sprang once more "I'll be going now,Liam...thank you for letting me stay" he smiled before vanishing from the male's sight.

William closed the door and released a long sigh but was snapped back immediately after remembering his part time job. He went back to the kitchen alone, sat on the counter and watched the cereals on the bowl shrunk down with the milk.

"Should I eat this?" he asked himself

Before he could realize, his phone vibrated once more. It squirmed on top of the table with a new name flashed on the screen. 

"Hello? What is it?" There was disappointment on his face.

"Oh! My little Liam! Good morning!!" Nathan, from the other line greeted him in excitement. William frowned as he quickly replied back "What is it this time?"

Nathan, on the other line who was rolling on his bed, shrugged his lips to a grin "I have a clue," he said, trying to pick up the male's curiosity. 

William tightened the grip on his phone, a sudden jolt surge inside him, "What do you mean?" he asked out of curiosity.

Nathan sprang up from his bed and took the papers near his small table, he quickly opened his laptop and played a video. A 30 minutes long video, "I will send it to you through email" he said 

William stood up and walked towards his room, as he also quickly opened his laptop and checked his emails. He made a half smile after hearing the notification tone.

"I got it.." he replied back to Nathan. 

Nathan on the other line, pressed the phone between his ear and shoulders and played the video once more then he paused it in the middle part, "Do you know this person?" he asked William. He sent a screenshot right to the other male. 

William was confused at first, but when he received the picture from Nathan, he couldn't help but be shocked. And if you are wondering what it is, it's the CCTV video of the day when Asher was hit on his head.

"I know him," he replied 

Nathan grinned "I knew it! He wouldn't hit Asher if he wasn't connected to you" he said. He yawned widely "Okay, I'm going back to sleep" . Only the snoring sound was left on his line so William hung up the call.

The face of the male was still printed on William's thoughts while he was walking at the side of the streets, he was on his way to the cafe. He didn't even realize that his eyes were squinting non stop making him look intimidating in front of the crowd he was passing by. 

He thought that after that day, everything will end in the right way. He was mistaken, he didn't know that the male couldn't do such things. But why did he target Asher? Is it jealousy? A revenge? 

"You looked so tense up, What happened?" 

The handsome male made William flinch back, then he realized that he was already in front of the cafe. "Good morning, Are you okay?" Daniel asked him

Wiliam made an unsure look "S-Sorry, My mind just got occupied for a while" he replied "Good morning,manager…" he added

Daniel looked at him for a minute, he scanned the male "Are you sure you are okay?" he asked which made William flinch for the second time. "Y-Yeah…" the male replied 

The two then entered the cafe and flipped the sign 'OPEN'.They did the cleaning since it was still early and the customers were still few. William was assigned to do the inventory at the staff room, he was counting the new boxes of coffees. 

They have plenty of deliveries today so the cafe was quite busy when afternoon came. After doing his tasks, he slumped down on the chair and shrugged his shoulders down. He massaged his temples for a while after feeling dizzy. It's true that he didn't get the chance to eat breakfast this morning because his mind was too occupied.

Daniel entered the staff room quietly, he saw another figure leaning on the desk with his eyes closed. He smiled as he trudged towards him and put a frappe on the table.

"He must be very tired," he mumbled

As minutes passed by, William started to blink his eyes. He was now awake, the first thing he saw was a plastic cup with a frappe , then the second one startled him. He saw Daniel staring at him, he was at the other side of the desk, wearing his glasses while reviewing the lists of deliveries.

"Good morning, Liam"

William sprang between panic and embarrassment, he fell asleep again at work. Is this because he didn't get a wink of sleep last night? He brushed his face "I'm sorry manager," he apologized but Daniel responded with a smile "Why are you apologizing every time? How many times do I have to tell you that it's okay?"

There was a bit of gentleness in his tone,calm as always. William paused as his gaze was caught by the frappe near him.

"I brought you one earlier, I didn't know that you are already sleeping" Daniel stated first because he knew that William would ask.

William slightly parted his lips and mumbled "T-Thank you…"
