Transmigrated Into The Book

"Are you listening?! Min Jaewon?!"

"Min Jaewon?"

The male who was gazing outside the window jolted and sprang up from his seat, "Y-Yes!!?" he almost yelled.

Everyone in the class looked at him with a puzzled face. The question in their minds? What happened to Jaewon? The popular and smart kid was not paying attention to the class for the first time. Even his seatmate who he can't even remember the name looked at him with confusion, "The professor's been calling you.." it uttered 

Jaewon felt the embarrassment all over his body. Why did he become like this? Very simple, because he couldn't forget what happened at his apartment, Yeon-ho's kiss.

The old man in front near the board holding a book squinted his eyes towards the male "Min, Jaewon? Are you okay?" he adjusted his glasses, waiting for an answer

Jaewon then lifted both of his hands and waved it in front of him, "Not at all, professor," he bowed below his shoulders "I'm very sorry for not paying attention," then he faced the old man with his gleaming puppy eyes.

The girls at the class tried to resist and stopped themselves from screaming because their popular and handsome hyung was very cute at the moment.

The professor in front cleared his throat "Talk to me after class," he said, then the lesson went on.

Jaewon then sat back and slapped his cheeks, "What the heck happened to me?!!!" he screamed inside his thoughts "I can't stop remembering that idiot! I hate him! I hate him! I hate him!!" he almost grabbed his own hair from frustration. 

AUTHOR: I thought you liked him?

{What?!!!! What have you got inside your mind?!!}

AUTHOR: But your thoughts are saying the truth 

{ I don't care! I don't like him! I'm just like this because he kissed me so suddenly! }

AUTHOR: Yang, you can't deny your feelings 

{ And now you're talking about my feelings?}

Jaewon ignored the author and buried his head on the desk instead. It's true though, he hated Yeon-ho because he was a cocky ignorant bastard but why do his feelings were against it? He already experienced so many kissing scenes from the previous worlds but this one was different, it was the kiss he didn't even want to accept. He was embarrassed too because Yeon-ho did it in front of Nohae, out of all the people. 

The real Jaewon was hiding the fact that he was gay and yet Yeon-ho revealed it like that in front of their Schoolmates. He suddenly widened his eyes when a thought popped into his mind "Wait? Is Yeon-ho gay too?" he whispered 

After class, Jaewon was indeed called straight to the faculty office. There he saw his chemistry professor waiting for him. He bowed his head the moment he reach the front desk, "Good afternoon,professor" he greeted

The old man glanced at him then he pulled the drawers under his desk, he picked up a key and placed it on the table. "Min Jaewon, this is the key to the chemistry laboratory, I need another hand to clean it," he said

Jaewon picked up the key "Yes, professor...I will be going now, thank you" he said bowing his head again before exiting the office.

After closing the door, he released a long sigh "I need to focus more on class starting today.." he uttered

He borrowed some cleaning materials from the School gym before heading to the laboratory. 

The sun was almost down and some students had already gone home. Jaewon strided the quiet hallways with the materials he needed. The laboratory wasn't far, it was the last door from the corner before the stairs going to the third floor. 

When he was almost meters away from the room, a familiar figure standing beside the laboratory caught his attention. Jaewon stopped walking in the middle and narrowed his eyes, trying to recognize the tall man. But because the sun was penetrating through the hallways, he couldn't characterize who it was. 

Jaewon walked towards the male. When he reached the side of the door across the male, the sun turned it's rays towards them. In Jaewon's surprise, the dandelion rays hit the other male's face. He glowed with it, ash gray hair swaying with the air and long lashes above his light brown eyes. The man looked down on Jaewon since he was taller than him,their eyes met.

He smiled.

Jaewon was stunned and he started to feel his heartbeat getting louder and louder, he was deafened from his surroundings. His eyes were caught by the male in front of him, he was drowning in him.

It was like everything stopped with the time and only the male was there. His face turned red and hot in an instant. 

"What is this? Why is my heart beating so fast?" Jaewon mumbled inside his thoughts. "This is not what I wanted…"

He is not ready to see the man again, he was doing his best the whole day to avoid bumping into him. Even if he wanted to go to the library to review his research, he didn't go because he knew that the male was there. 

Their first encounter wasn't like one of those romantic scenes, it was always a disaster. But why does his heart feel something strange when their eyes meet? It was like the male was pulling him even if he ran away. 

Jaewon clenched his chest, trying to stop his screaming heart. 

"Oi! Don't just stand there and open the damn door," his voice were grumpy as always

Jaewon jolted away from his thoughts, he looked up and saw Yeon-ho's annoyed face. "Why are you looking at me like a maniac?!" he snorted

Yeon-ho put his hands on his pocket as he clicked his tongue. Jaewon was emotionless after all, even if he tried to smile. It was the first time he made that to someone and he was disappointed in himself already.

"Why am I even expecting him to smile back? He hates me after all" Yeon-ho mumbled to himself.
