"Mimi! Good morning!"

Ling Ling ran towards her mother the moment Yuxian reached the end of the stairs. She held the omega's hand towards the living table, "Mimi, let's eat breakfast together!" she exclaimed happily.

Yuxian saw Rui Jun sitting there smiling at him, the male was wearing his white button-down shirt with a dark gray suit on top and a plain blue necktie, a simple one not with bright colors or busy patterns. He must be on his way to the office but chose to wait for his wife to wake up before leaving. "Good morning honey," he greeted the male who took the seat across from him. 

Yuxian smiled at him "G-Good morning" he replied, trying to hide the morning blush on his face. "Why is he so handsome in a suit?" he mumbled inside his mind turning his gaze down, he took the glass of milk beside his plate and gulped it. As he put it back on the table, he saw Ling Ling crossed arms with a pouting face, "Why?" Yuxian asked in astonishment.

Ling Ling scratched her head, "Mimi, that's my milk," she snorted

Yuxian flinched, backing away a little. "I'm sorry!!" he exclaimed with his embarrassed face. "I'm sorry, my mind was spacing out," he added as he smiled nervously.

Rui Jun interrupted the two by calling Ling Ling, "Sweetheart, your mommy needs more milk because the baby wants it," he said in a very calm voice and since the little girl was just inches away from his seat, he ruffled her hair.

After hearing it and receiving a pamper from his father, Ling Ling smiled and faced Yuxian. "Mimi, from now on I will give you my milk everyday!" she exclaimed gladly.

Yuxian was surprised by the girl's reply, he didn't know how to react. "Should I laugh?" he thought to himself. He looked at Rui Jun who was still sipping his coffee, the alpha smirked and winked at him. He quickly averted his gaze, he couldn't deny that he was enchanted by that sudden smirk.

"Mimi!" Yuxian swayed his head back to Ling Ling, "What is it?" he asked. 

Ling Ling smiled at him and exclaimed "Let's play later, I want to play with you at the garden" . She wore the biggest and brightest smile where you can see the excitement in her eyes.

Yuxian bent closer to her and pinched her cheeks. "Sure," he brushed the little girl's hair down her ears where he tucked the few hairs beside her head. "You are my adorable princess after all" he mumbled.

Rui Jun stood up from the chair and walked towards the two.  He leaned his head towards Yuxian's forehead and kissed him, he also did the same thing on Ling Ling. "Daddy will go to work now, I love you both" He said.

The soft wind caressed his bare arms. He looked at the gray stoned pathway between the round bushes. The scents from the flowers hanging on the mini walls were giving a relaxing aura. 

"Mimi! Let's go over there," Ling Ling dragged Yuxian towards the two arched walls, as they entered the place a butterfly perched at Yuxian's shoulders, when he was going to poke it using his finger, it fled away.

Yuxian roamed his eyes around, it was a botanical garden. It was enclosed by a fence and flowery vine walls. There are different kinds of plants, orchid trees, and the colorful flower beds below their feets are making colorful greetings. There were benches under the tree so the little girl pulled him towards it. 

Yuxian, who was dragged by Ling Ling, stopped halfway when a beautiful blooming flower caught his attention, the little girl looked at him. "Do you like it, Mimi?" she asked as both of them crouched down in front of the pot. 

Yuxian nodded his head "It's pretty," he commented 

Ling Ling leaned closer to the flower plot and smelled the soft petal thing under her nose. "This is my daddy's favorite" she said, using her index finger to touch it for the last time. Both of them stood up and strided the small pathway towards the bench under the tree.

'The botanical garden was used for the perfume company, Rui Jun was taking care of it because he wanted to use flower essence as a new ingredient of perfume.'

"I thought we were going to play?"

Ling Ling lowered her head facing his toes that were swaying in the air. "I want to take some fresh air, '' she said then she leaned on Yuxian's arms. 

Yuxian turned silent for a while when the wind caressed his face gently as he closed his eyes. He found comfort in it, the air was scented by the aroma of the blooming flowers in the area. He was thankful to Ling Ling for bringing him here. 

"Mimi,?"

The small voice from the little girl made Yuxian turn his head back to her. "What is it,sweetheart?" he asked, smiling with his red cheeks.

Ling Ling turned silent, then she closed her fist, "Do you love me?" she asked.

Although surprised by the question, Yuxian quickly nodded his head back. "Of course I love you very much," he said, very confident.

Ling Ling compressed herself and bit her lower lip. "Are you going to leave me and Didi?" She asked, a little bit sullen.

Yuxian felt something sting inside his chest,he was just new to this world but it seems like he didn't want to see this little girl beside him like this. His body moved on it's own, hugging the child. "Why are you asking me questions like that?" He mumbled, brushing Ling Ling's hair gently.

Ling Ling hugged him back, very tight as she buried her head on the omega's chest.. "I want Mimi, I want to grow old with Mimi and Didi…" she whispered.
