Chapter 371 - World 11.28

"Why don't you let Mr. Li stay for the night?" Shi Ying asked with a smile on her face. "The weather will stay like that until tomorrow," she added, putting the jars inside the cabinets.

Yang was left there like a stone, cracking slowly. While Guang Jin gave him a cunning glance. "I am honored and thankful to spend the night here Mrs. Chen.." he replied.

Shi Ying smiled back at Guang Jin and asked. "Is it okay for you to sleep in Yang's room just for the night?" She picked the new sachets of sugar then put them on the kitchen counter. Looking for the scissor.

Guang Jin took the scissor beside the sink and gave it to the woman. "It's not a problem, Mrs. Chen," he replied. Then he pierced Yang with his mischievous eyes as he smirked.

Yang turned his gaze to them alternately. He stepped back after feeling the two getting close. He's like a kitten now, sulking in the very corner while his mom is bribing the dog to devour him. Yang gulped, after lifting his jaw that almost dropped. He didn't know how to react because he was surprised. 'If only you knew how cunning that man was.' he exclaimed to his mother inside his thoughts.

His feet bounced when Guang Jin tapped his shoulders. "Where should I put these empty boxes?".

"In the backyard," Yang replied.

Shi Ying thought of Guang Jin not being familiar around their house, so she asked Yang to show the way to the man. The two headed to the back door. Yang stayed beside the entrance while he pointed to the spot for the empty boxes. Guang Jin followed him back inside as they finished.

Since the groceries were already arranged, and everything was in place. Shi Ying massaged her shoulders. She must be tired from carrying the baskets all by herself.

"Mrs. Chen, are you okay?" Guang Jin passed by Yang and slipped out his phone. "I have some on call massage therapists. I will call someone for you," and before the woman could talk back, the man already dialed the number and took the call. He turned back and said, "Please sit in the living room for a while. They will arrive in a minute," he suggested.

Seeing his concern, Shi Ying felt delighted. Before walking to the living room, she said something to the CEO. "You can just call me Aunt Ying, no need for formalities,"

Yang felt another crack as he turned to stone. Seeing the two getting close is not good for his future. He doesn't want Guang Jin to get close with his family. It's not that because he was rich and superior. It's because of a certain reason, a reason he was trying to figure out until now.

The night came, still with the rain. After eating dinner and washing the dishes, Yang took a bath first. He dipped himself into the warm water in the tub. He really was thinking of kicking the CEO out if he tries to do something to him tonight. Though it's just his imagination.

He finished his bath and used his robe to cover his body. He twisted the doorknob and stepped out. The sweet scent of his shampoo mixed with the air the moment he opened the door.

"Are you done?"

Yang sprang backwards. "Ekkk!!!" he exclaimed. Catching his breath like his soul fled away from his body. He clenched his chest and gave the man beside the door a cold glare. "The heck are you doing here?!" he snarled.

Guang Jin puffed and chuckled. "I want to wash up before going to bed...I want to smell good before sleeping next to you," he uttered with a smirk.

Yang jolted, and his ears immediately turned red. "Who told you that you're going to sleep next to me?!" he snorted, crossing his arms. His glares became sharper and colder. "Dream it yourself," then he trudged the way upstairs with his stamping feet.

Guang Jin found it cute, like a hamster. He was now up again for another idea of teasing the male.. After washing up, he also headed upstairs. He knocked first. It's rude to suddenly enter the room. It wasn't his, after all.

After a few more knocks, no one answered him. Guang Jin was a little sleepy this time, and he wanted to lay down quickly. This is the weekend that he can literally call the best. No boring family gatherings to attend. Well, the truth is he has, but he chooses to spend the day with Yang. His father is going to scold him anyway, so it's okay for him to ditch it.

"Mr. Che---" he paused, recalling that the male already gave him permission to call him by the name. "Yang? Are you there?" He tried to raise his voice a little, but he got no response.

"I will now open the door." And in an instant, he opened the door just like what he said.

The first thing that welcomed his sight was the coat hanging next to the door. Yang threw it in the corner earlier, but after Shi Ying insisted on letting the CEO sleep in his room, he made a quick clean up while Guang Jin was washing.

Guang Jin smiled upon seeing his coat. He can still smell his perfume in there, which means that it wasn't washed. "Do you also like my smell?" he whispered.

Then he let his eyes roam. There he saw the figure lying on the bed with arms spread out. Yang was snoring soundly, in the middle of the soft cushion thing with his half legs down at the edge of the bed. He got tired from cleaning and took a quick rest before changing his clothes, but ended up sleeping with his bathrobe on.

Guang Jin covered his mouth and giggled. Who would have thought that he will see Yang in this state? He wanted to take a picture of the male so badly, but he restrained himself. The CEO put one hand under his chin. "Should I fix his sleeping position? He will get a body ache if he sleeps like that," he pondered.

And before he could come up with an answer, Yang rolled on the left side. Half of his body was about to fall. Luckily, Guang Jin was fast enough to catch him. "Geez! You're a troublesome sleeper," he whispered as he lifted Yang and placed him comfortably on the bed.

When he was going to let go of the male's waist, Yang unconsciously wrapped his arms around Guang Jin's neck and mumbled. "So cold,"
