Anticipation of Shams for Hawks to attack was highly prepared.

Deep inside he kept wishing for Hawks to do it already.

Once the three is knock out and unable to participate for the grandfinals, I have three lesser opponents and our master will have no choice but to let me participate despite of what I will do.'

Viper sighed before responding to Shams.

A sudden disappointment was felt by Shams after hearing his mythical beast explain to him the consequences of his possible options.

'Basically, you are telling me not to do anything?'

For Shams, being a champion in this tournament is a testament of his own potential. It also can be an indication of his chances in achieving his goals in this rebirth or second chance in life.

In Hawks' agitation, he could no longer contain his anger.

As he burst into anger, his nails turn into sharp and dangerous claws.

Then his arms was surrounded by electric surge.

"Tamed Beast Attributes!" Hawks uttered at the display of his technique.

Before Hawks can even land an attack, Maya used her gravitational force field which compelled the feet of Hawks to be glued on the ground.

While Billy summoned a rock barrier in front of Shams … to prevent the wolf of Hawks from hurting Shams.

"Hawks! Ryoku! Have the both of you lost your minds?" Maya asked in disbelief for the actions of the two.

Because Maya and Billy could sense Shams preparing himself for a clash.

"Dude! Are you really gonna hurt Ryoku?" Billy pushed Hawks in his surprise for him to even attempt hurting a fellow disciple.

'Ooohhh, looks like another option to consider …

Option #3:

Let them fight one another. Takes off any blood in my hands and I remove 2 or more variables in the equation.'

An evil smirk was formed in Shams' face. At the scene of Billy and Hawks who are about to squabble between themselves.

"Billy! Are you crazy too? We are here to mediate the fight not join the fight!" Maya reminded Billy while stopping the two from engaging in a squabble.

"Oh, Maya … Let them, it will be a good show to watch who wins between the two." Shams could not help himself but instigate a fight evidently.

Maya glared at him.

"What? Are you not curious who wins and who is stronger than the other?" Shams pointed out.

Though before it got even worse, Shay appeared with the other seniors.

"What the hell is going on here? Should I call for Feilong?" Shay threatened the younger ones.

…

Only silence was their reply.

"So no one's gonna speak?" Shay was starting to lose her patience.

In her nervousness, Maya released her hold on to Hawks.

Then Hawks responded directly without any hesitation from Shay's query.

"Why Ryoku is having a special training? Aren't we supposed to be treated equally? Why does he get to have special treatment while we don't?" Hawks directly asked.

"Because Ryoku can potentially die …" Shay replied.

The reactions of everyone was a great shock because no one expected it.

Including Shams …

'WAIT! WHAAAT??!! DIE AGAIN?' Shams loudly thought to himself.

Everyone was stunned in their shock.

Shay continued, "Without proper guidance he may potentially die. He has a very unique inner structure which can potentially burst his Dantian, the central flow of his ki."

Suddenly, everyone looked at Shams with such sympathy.

'What kind of fuckery is this?' Shams was in great disbelief.

"H-how? He is so young! That cannot be …" Maya started to tear for their youngest fellow disciple.
