Back in the arena, everyone gasped at the sight of Hawks falling to ground.

Losing his balance completely.

Watching Hawks falling.

Billy realized how defenseless Hawks at the moment.

Thinking that it would be best to seize this opportunity to take him out from the match and get Hawks eliminated.

"Rigid Spikes!" Billy exclaimed.

Upon seeing the huge spikes appearing from ground made up of rocks.

"Lightning Rod!!!" Hawks using the ability of his tamed beast.

Fused with his own ki energy, a powerful lightning force was released from his palm destroying a portion of the huge spikes created by Billy.

Despite the attempt of Billy to strengthen the structure of the spikes.

The power and destructive force of Hawks' {_Lightning Rod_} in his {_Beast Form_} was indeed undeniably powerful.

His spikes were not enough to hinder Hawks.

A powerful pressure and wind projectile was created by the impact of the lightning rod towards the huge spikes coated with thick ki energy.

Hawks used this to propel himself upwards and regaining a bit of his momentum to flap his wings properly.

Shams was not liking what he was seeing because Hawks may use this chance to attack him mid-air.

"You idiots! Are you two trying to kill me? What's with the deadly attacks?" Hawks screamed complaining at his fellow disciples.

"WHATEVER! Do you think your attacks weren't deadly too? You almost killed me with those raining lightnings a while ago!!!" Billy loudly retorted.

"Well … I know you would not die from it. And it was not intended for you. Buffoon!!! It was for someone else!" Hawks screaming in agitation while flapping his wings.

"As if I will believe that it was not meant for me too. The direction of your attacks were hitting me too." Billy was loudly screaming towards Hawks in reply.

Shams was flying using only his ki energy coated all over his body like an avatar.

An advanced technique that no junior-ranked disciple has achieved.

Upon realizing this, all disciples of Master Wushu were gagged and astonished at the sight of Shams.

Casually floating from a distance.

"Will you both shut up already? Should I keep reminding you that this is not a friendly match? This is the grand finals round. So better stick in your mind that from this point on, we must do everything we can to deserve the title of … the next champion!" Shams reminded the two.

Instantaneously, it reminded the two.

Regarding how right Shams was.

From loudly bickering, the atmosphere and vibes between the remaining grand finalists became more serious and tensed.

"LET'S END THIS ALREADY!" Shams released a smirk before initiating the first attack.

Everyone was on the edge of their seats witnessing such intense battle.

Hawks expected to get the attack first.

But Shams suddenly appeared right behind Billy.

When Shams thought he landed a good surprise attack, Billy coated his skin with thick defensive technique.

Realizing that he failed to land a successful attack.

Billy's skin was peeling off turning into dust.

It seems that a thick external defensive ki made of earth element was peeling off from the right cheek of Billy.

"Nice try there, buddy! Now, time to go all-out!!" Billy declared.
