The atmosphere in the living room was terribly awkward.

And when they came back to the house, she was surprised to see two visitors.

They were a middle-aged man who looked quiet and a cute little boy.

The moment Rachel entered the house, the little boy rushed straight into her arms like a cannonball. His father stood up from the sofa and shouted anxiously, "Mendes!"

But the boy just ignored him. He was so excited to see Rachel, who he hadn't seen for a long time.
