Travelling My Favorite Worlds!

I blink my eyes a few times and rub them just to be extra sure that what I had just heard was right, "Do I have confidence in my speed? Well I used to. Seeing some of these people's casual walking speed be faster than my sprinting speed... well it's given me a blow to my confidence."

She closes her book with the bookmark at where she left off then looks into my eyes, she is showing no emotion on her face at all but I can tell that her skin is quite pale and that her eyes, which are blue, stand out greatly from her brown hair. "I need you to go and save this place. I heard that you put a tag onto a minotaur. I think you can do this, you don't even need to put it on the creature, just within 3 meters."

Oi vey. This is going to get me killed, I rub the bridge of my nose, "Where is the creature and where is the tag." I still have confidence in my throwing skills so if I can at least get close to it then well, I can take it from there. I wish I could summon Ezio to take care of this for me, but until I have a base of operations it's not safe to open up a literal portal here.

I look at Athena who then pulls a metal disk with serpents decorating it. Actually it looks rather Norse. Wait, are there going to be Norse gods here too? Well considering Loki was in the main series I won't be surprised actually. I don't know whether to be excited or fearful if any of the gods I'll meet will be genderbent since Danmachi goes and pulls some Fate bullshit.

I grab the tag which was surprisingly heavy as Athena explains to me what the target looks like, "We have had scouts confirm several times that the leader of the monsters is an Alpha Chimera or a Chimera Variant. We have yet to determine which due to the Chimera already being as rare as it is. You should be able to find it easily due to it's large size. The mages will know when the tag has been placed so don't worry."

She just walked off... is it too late to just, not join her familia? God dammit. Now I have to go and put this on a chimera? God fucking dammit. Alright, alright Joe. You can do this, you can basically teleport, you should be find. Okay, first things first, lets go somewhere high up. Uhh, okay.

I pull a kunai from my storage and throw it at the tower which stands as the tallest structure. Granted it is a good Kilometer or so away from me, hitting the top of it is nothing for me since I managed to get a kunai hundreds of Kilometers into the Distance. After letting it travel for a bit I sense it stop moving so I flash over to it and see that it was caught into the crack of the stone, however I'm not completely at the top yet, I have around 10 or so meters left so I pull the Kunai out(it served it's purpose) and began walking upward. Thankfully I still managed to keep my chakra control and could still walk on walls easily, I should train walking on snow though, but I guess it was a good thing that I didn't since, well, I would've died from impact.


After a brief moment I reached the top and saw all over it was construction equipment, rather, well, ineffective and old construction equipment too. I guess they are still building this tower? Well whatever. I look over the edge and can't see anything since, even though this tower is smaller, human eyes are only so good. Wait, I think I had a sage ability that would help me with that.

I go ahead and sit there for about half an hour since, as far as I can tell, I still have a large amount of time to myself since, well, who could expect I can teleport? Once I gather the nature energy I look out and see the group of adventurers holding off the line I was at before, however they are significantly weaker than before and are still being rushed at by various creatures and magic. Hm, they will probably retreat soon. Oh? Looks like there are a few monsters attacking from behind too, hmm. Yeah I need to pick it up since I don't want a bunch of people to die from me looking around for too long.

Looking around the city I don't notice too much for a good while, in fact other than the monsters everything seems pretty normal to me. Something odd was that there is some monsters entering a warehouse, yet they don't enter any other building. Hm, well I don't know how this Chimera will stack up to the one from Mythology, but you know whatever, I'll deal with it as it comes since I can thankfully teleport out of there.

I take a step off the tower so that I am in the air and then take a couple steps before arriving at the roof of the warehouse. Wow, this place is a lot bigger than I though, at least a football fields long and I can't even tell how wide, I guess about the same width as a normal football field? Hm, How am I going to get in there? This roof is made of some pretty strong metal that isn't even budging by me stepping on it, which while great for stealth makes it pretty bad for cutting it open stealthily.

Hm, no hatches either. God this may just be one extremely hot warehouse. I walk over to the front and use the stealth of my sage mode to walk down with the monsters, it seems these are all level 1 monsters thankfully, goblins, Kobolds, and various other ones so they didn't notice me. I did notice however that they all are carrying a bag with them, hm...

After walking for a minute or so I came upon a large open area, and in the middle of it was a pile of Human Flesh being eaten by none other than the Chimera. My god this is one disturbing creature, like the lion part looks fine, but it's everything else will probably give me nightmares. It has a goat from the neck up looking in the opposite direction of it's head, and for a tail it has a snake. The grossest part though is that there are patches of snake skin, Goat hair, and Lion fur on the parts they don't belong. You hear that right, that fucking snake tail has patches of fur and hair on it, which for a reptile just makes me want to vomit. Hold on, yup. I'm teleporting away to vomit really fast.

Okay, okay. I'm back and I feel. Nope that was a fucking lie, I'll be back when I can stomach this disgusting bastard. I know I'm getting low on time but holy shit the Human flesh is getting to me too now.

Okay, took me 10 minutes, but holy shit I can actually bear it. Okay, let's look at this things skills. I have 8 charges to go and steal skills with!

'Answer, Disaster Bringer is a skill brought forth from chimera's being seen as omens to greeks. This ability is widely unknown to system, however if Host steals it then system can manipulate the skill to be useful to host'

Well, I mean I don't need poison resistance level 10 since I have 13... Actually... System, what would happen to the Chimera if I took away it's resistance if I hit it with some of my poison?

'Host has Level 12 poison breath and due to host collecting it for years without release but host continuously collecting it, it has become deadly enough to be considered a normal level 17 poison. To answer question, it will kill it in an hour if host manages to have it breathe in just a bit, if host can have it breathe in a large amount then it will be dead in less than 10 seconds. However, it is recommended for host to run immediately after for host will suffer from poison as well, and while host may have regenerative immortality it won't save you from the immediate effects and will only come into effect afterwards or after host's death.'

Okay, so breath poison into it. Alright, steal all of it's skills

Due to passive ability being present from previous skill being present, there is now an additional mutation choice available] (A/N: So basically, instead of choosing 2 mutations as he should for this new one, he can choose 3 so that he doesn't get gypped for already choosing one. Also, yes I know I have to do all these abilities and what not having them upgraded, but it takes a lot out of me. On the bright side I have nothing planned this week after Christmas day, so I will definitely get it done!)

(A/N: Before you complain or say but poison breath was absorbed blah blah blah. Think about it, he still has the damned poison breath, and it's still considered poison. Also keep in mind he doesn't have full poison Manipulation as it's only for Fangs (teeth) and breath. No claws, spit, blood (well he has toxic blood like alien is best I can think it, though it's still poisonous. Oh god I'm going down the rabbit hole), and etc.)

[Disaster bringer is highly negative to host. Converting to beneficial. Levels sacrificing to create beneficial skill. Complete.]

[Skill Weather Control- LV 4 Added] (A/N: Kinda imagine like storm, but way less powerful. He's basically a weatherman and whatever weather he wants, so long as it's not like making a desert rain for a few weeks he can do it using his energy. Plus it's a low level so it may(okay it will) get better later on)

Wow, so skills can fuse together huh? That's pretty cool. Also, what poison would be more effective, my breath or biting it?

Cool. I step forward since I still have my sage mode and watch it breath in and out for a moment, and after watching it for a few minutes (I'm not stalking it I swear) I basically cough up a loogie of dark black smoke right down it's throat as it breaths in. Right after I throw the tag I was given so that I can cover up that I killed it and teleport back to the top of the tower to watch the show. Not even a minute after I had thrown it a large thunderstorm coalesces overhead and many large bolts rain down, the first one destroys the roof and then continuously slams down right where the chimera is probably (most likely) dead.

I then smile and teleport back to where I left Athena at and start walking towards where I was told everyone was hanging out at. I made sure that my sage mode was off too that way I wouldn't be too suspected of anything.
