Trinitas Mundus - The Story of Saint Knight Ray

Episode 68: Red-Armed Hamish vs. the Human Horse Race

afternoon of August 15th.

Fighting was about to begin between Hamish Markat, the leader of the Mercenary Corps of Markat (Red Arms), and a warrior of the Humane Horse (Centaur) tribe near Netherton, the main city in the central Empire.

The beginning of the matter was when Reeva Sorrell, chief of the Sorrell tribe, thought that Ray, the white warrior, might be the person to appear in their heritage and told them to take the test.

The problem is that the trial will have a serious battle betting on life and death with Leeva.

In Hamish's view, Leeva's strength is such that even the Red Arms fierce can't win, it's even hard to survive if Ray fights properly.

Ray decided to take a test called that “try” but didn't know how to fight the Humans and asked Theophilus Lockhart about it.

Hamish, who was lying next to him, suddenly told him that it would actually be quicker to see it, and that he was going to challenge the Sorel warriors.

Hamish stood in the middle of the meadow with a giant wooden sword for training.

The battlefield is a flat between the hills and hills, surrounded by about five hundred Sorel warriors and about a hundred Red Arms mercenaries.

Relative to Hamish was a formidable warrior with a giant black horse body.

The horse part has a height of two m (melt), a head height of about three melts, and a training spear about three melts long on his right hand. Furthermore, the left hand was equipped with a round shield (round shield), and the upper part of the human body was fitted with leather armor reinforced with metal, and the part of the horse's body was wrapped in leather armor that appeared to be rugged.

He was exactly what he deserved to be called a heavy-duty cavalry.

"I am the warrior chief of the Sorels, Gius! It's Gius Salinas!"

"Lord Warrior? I'm Hamish Markat! I don't need words. Call me!

Hamish's provocation started the match.

About ten melts between the two.

Gius accelerates at once with agility unsuitable for that giant, approaching Hamish.

Hamish strikes out the rolled out spear with a wooden sword with an extra look on his face. Once he ran through, Gius took a distance of about thirty melts and was relative to Hamish again.

"Quite an arm, but you can't even hit me to that extent. Do everything you can!

Hamish made a provocation that he would not normally do. To show Ray how the Humans fought, he tried to reverse Gius and pull everything out, including his wife's hands.

"Come on! Let me show you what I mean!

Gius' huge hooves scrape the meadow soil.

Only about ten melts to reach a hike (gallop) and set the spear low to show horseback assault (charge).

That Hamish also has no choice but to quench his grin and intercept with his sword horizontally.

The black horse body and the Hamish giant crossed.

Bang! The loud noise echoes in the meadows.

Hamish turns his body to Gius, who immediately runs away from his sword-swaving shape.

Gius turns his body toward Hamish as he lifts the spear slightly. There was a startling look on its face, but there was no change in movement, and neither seemed to have a valid hit.

But the moment Gius turned toward Hamish, the round shield on his left arm crushed off.

Most did not see when the shield, which was about two or five melts high, was slashed.

Gius whispers his left arm as he throws down the wreckage.

"That's just sometimes called the strongest mercenary in the Kingdom of Lax. I didn't see any blows right now."

Gius smiles and sets up the spear with both hands.

"Then come!" Shouting slowly approaching to see how things were, not as intense a rush as they had been earlier.

Hamish does not move from the spot to intercept him, and sets the wooden sword on the big upper stage. There was not a minute gap in that standing.

Gius suddenly accelerated.

Explosive acceleration, but not sharp enough to work with Hamish.

The spear rolls out and Hamish strikes it off.

Gius suddenly added an attack with his back leg as he turned around.

Its huge hooves are as Hamish's face, and if eaten properly, even wearing armor would be fatally wounded.

Hamish avoids halfway through the back leg aiming at the chest. There was a slight rush of color on that expression.

When Gius decided he had failed the attack on the back leg, he took the distance again.

Then, he puts up a spear silently and storms again with explosive acceleration.

Everyone thought it was the same as the first attack. Even the Hamish fighting was such a sharp move that I thought it was an earlier horseback assault (charge).

But Gius flew straight to the side just before crossing with Hamish. Hamish loses sight of his opponent's movements for a moment because he moved so sharply and at right angles that he didn't think it was the horse's body.

Gius was flying straight to the side, keeping the reach alive and rolling out the spear.

Hamish avoids rolling at it just to look at it.

"Doesn't this work either...... then!

Gius strikes again at Hamish, who has just risen.

Moves agile forward, backward, left, and right, making the most of the length of the spear, releasing a continuous thrust from Hamish's head.

"Awesome..."

Ray could only whine that way.

Next to him Seraphine was speaking to Theophilus.

"Mr. Hamish is amazing after all. You can't attack like that."

"That's true. Not like Mr. Gideon, but I think there's just something called the strongest. It's not Serra, but I'd like you to put an audition on it."

"Right. But I'm first."

Luna was laughing bitterly as she listened to the two of them. But after this, I was concerned about Ray, who was going to fight.

How do you fight? There doesn't seem to be a gap in using magic...)

Luna sees Ray as a chiller, but his gaze was nailed to the Hamish.

And Luna put her gaze back into the fight, too.

Hamish was watching his opponent's way out as he played Gius' series of attacks with his sword.

(Looks like you still have some hidden hands. I'll pull him out...)

Gius, on the other hand, was beginning to rush.

We pride ourselves on the fact that the Sorrel tribe is one of the best in combat, even the Humans. As the chief warrior of that clan, you couldn't lose to the people.

(Though said to be the strongest, it is unacceptable for a warrior chief of the Humane Horse to lag behind a person who is on foot (heel). I'll take one at all costs......)

Gius swung the spear up loud and down to sweep it away.

Without intercepting it with a sword, Hamish succumbed and flexed, trying to dive straight under the horse's body in order to target an even more defenseless abdomen.

The next moment, Gius flew vertically.

There was no spare motion, and a giant of several hundred kilograms flew up nearly two melts.

"What!" cries Hamish.

In that insane move, no mercenary of war can hide his surprise either.

A Sorel tribe that previously challenged the Lockhart family and took lag, but was used to fighting walking warriors since they started keeping Theo's. As a result, they were able to predict to some extent what kind of hand they were going to hit, and they were also polishing their moves to cope with it.

Hamish intuits danger and escapes from under the horse's body by trying to roll, without aiming at his abdomen.

Shortly after that, Gius' spear was stuck directly underneath him. If the judgment had been delayed even for a moment, it would have hit Hamish's body.

Here Hamish turned backwards.

When he stood up quickly, he slashed from the front of Gius, where he landed and stopped moving, along with the mood of tearing.

Gius panicked and tried to strike him off with a spear. If you are as powerful as he is, it is easy to change the orbit of the sword. But that was a failure.

Hamish's struggling sword shows so much strength that he doesn't think it's made of wood that it's sucked into Gius' chest as he slaps the spear and folds it.

The heavy sound of Don sounds.

Hamish retreated immediately after striking in his sword and lowered his sword.

His gaze concentrates on him because he seemed to lose his temper of war. Shortly afterwards, a low sound called Dossa echoes on the meadow.

The sound was that emitted by Gius, who had been overthrown.

The place for many warriors to watch was quiet.

He was losing his word in such a spectacular slaughter.

"Ray, I'm sorry, but look at Lord Gius. A little too much. You might have a broken rib."

Ray rushes under Gius.

Gius was unconscious, and there was a glimmer of bright red blood flowing from the edge of his mouth. I rush to cast a healing magic spell.

"A great tree god (Albor) who made the woods. Heal the wounds of his Ka by the power of the Spirit who nourishes life. I don't give my life for the price. Healing Power (Heel)"

Only the sound of the wind blowing through the meadows and his spell were heard.

Reeva, who returned to me, immediately runs under Gius.

"Alive! shouting," Ray answered first before Gius answered.

"It's okay. Looks like he broke his ribs and damaged his lungs, but he's already healed."

Gius's consciousness returns with that voice.

"That's the strongest mercenary in the world... Sheikh, I'm sorry," he said, bowing his head to Leeva.

Shortly afterwards, Red Arms mercenaries cheer.

"That's our captain!

"Long live the Red Arms!

Beginning with Hal Rankle of the Fifth Squad, the young mercenaries honor the loud and venerable leader of the regiment.

Leeva hung a solace at Gius.

"I was hit by Lord Beatrice before, too. The next opponent is a fierce over level 100. Consider it a good experience and use it to train future warriors."

And talk to Theo and Sella.

"You mean there are still warriors out there who can't even be insulted by people? I'm looking forward to fighting the White Master..."

Listening to that, Ray was thinking about the battle now.

(Wider horizons than I thought. I thought it was a weakness directly below, but I didn't expect to invite you there the other way around. If Mr. Hamish hadn't fought for me, I might have taken him into custody for an attack from below......)

But I hadn't been able to find a way to open it.

(I thought I could fight because I thought I was a cavalry, but I'm not... the ultimate human horse as it looks. That's a famous spear, too. Sure enough, Mr. Gareth, even Mr. Zenga and Mr. Lasalles seem to have bad minutes. I have no choice. [M] I don't know what to do...)

Thoughtful, but careful not to be as enlightened as possible about it. Because if they find out they don't have a crack, Hamish and Ashley can definitely stop them.

For that reason, I thanked Hamish with a confident look.

"Thanks to Mr. Hamish, I feel like I can handle it. At least you don't get hit with a single blow anymore. Thank you."

But Hamish knew Ray hadn't been able to look out for a way to open it.

"Don't push it. If you have to, we'll just break through all the Red Arms."

Ray bowed his head without saying anything to the care.

Go a little further away and fall asleep in the meadows. Next to it were Ashley and Stella. But Ray is working out measures as he looks up into the sky without talking to the two of them.

(What's in my favor? About the defense of a snow coat (Nixwestis) and a magical ranged attack... just like when you fought Cylon in the town of Morton... but strong enough not to compare it to something Cylon. They can't let me take the distance, and even the white horns (album cornus) lose due to the difference in length...)

He had a duel with Theron Greaves, a fourth-degree mercenary, in Morton, the first town to come to this world and live there. At that time, he has won with his powerful Armored Snow Clothes (Nixwestis) Defense and Dark Attribute Magic Surprise.

(Walking is better, but infantry is bad for cavalry. If that's the case, I might even try to fight on a traveler... I can also ride to force you to use magic without chanting...)

Horse-loving Traveller and I are knocking the dead line together in the Periclitle offensive, and have so much arm that Langess Fortunato, the holy knight of the war, wrapped her tongue around it.

Travellers are also smart enough not to think of themselves as horses, without Ray giving them instructions, and they move. For this reason, it was not impossible to use magic while fighting.

(... wait. Am I making a big mistake? Remember what Mr. Leeva said...)

So Ray stood up.

"Did you come up with something," asks Ashley, a worried face.

"I remember the battle against Cylon and the time of Pericritle. I think we'll figure this out again."

Stella looks up anxiously at the words, "Are you sure you're okay?"

"It's okay. I have to do what the gods asked me to do. If you fall in a place like this, a lot of people will be unhappy. That's all we have to do to prevent it."

That's all I said, I headed under my beloved horse.
