The morning of August 16th.

The Rays were discussing their future policy.

Ray asked the people of the meadows, including the Centaur tribe, to help. On the other hand, the face of the Sorrels cannot hide their joy when they can follow the divine divinity of the earth (Mons).

Among other things, chief Leeva Sorrell asked, "What exactly should I do?" I respectfully confirm.

"We will go to Lark Hill, the western stronghold, and drive back the armies of the Holy King before they enter imperial territory. If the commanders of the Holy King's Army and even the Imperial Army show up fearful of all the people of the Horse and the army of the people of the meadows, they will not open their wars without darkness."

"I see," Leeva is convinced, but Hamish Markat speaks differently.

"The other guy is a fanatic. I don't think so.

"Right. I know that depends on my bargaining power, but if" the manifestation of God of Light (Lucidus) "really refers to me, I think there's something I can do."

"If that's what you are, I guess there's no problem," Hamish agrees.

"If there's a problem, I think you're from the Imperial Army," points out Theophilus Lockhart.

"What does that mean?" Hamish asks.

"This time, the Empire is sending three legions: the Third, Fourth and Seventh. Now it's only the Fourth Regiment, but if the Third Regiment arrives, the Commander of the Regiment is His Royal Highness Prince Leopold, so you should want to make a fancy battle."

"So you're saying that even if the Lukes guys try to pull up to get the Emperor's throne, they might be forced to open the end of the fight?"

"Yes," he concludes.

"But the Third and Seventh Regiments are behind us. Aren't we better able to get ahead of ourselves after a few days of use here?," Luna says of her doubts.

"Half of the Third Corps should be traveling by boat. For example, it is likely that His Highness Leopold has arrived first. I hope Count Rednapp of the Fourth Corps keeps it down, but I guess it's hard because he's Lord Etherlington's minister."

That's what Theo points out.

"Didn't Mr. Zach say anything about this?" Ray asks Theo a question.

"You haven't heard anything. Lyle, are you listening to anything?

I asked Lyle Marron, a long-sleeved swordsman standing behind me looking back.

"I haven't heard it either. I think Master Zach is hitting something..."

My sister Seraphine next to Theo mutters, "Why don't you ask me," but Theo ignores it and proceeds with the story.

"Let's just forget about my brother. I know you're hitting me with something, but it's dangerous to expect it to work."

"Right. But when His Royal Highness Leopold is dealing with him, it's hard for us to even meet him. Thought I could do something too......" Luna drops her shoulder.

"I'd like to make it easier if possible, but in the worst case scenario, I'll negotiate against the backdrop of the forces of the people of the meadows," Ray said, turning his gaze to Luna.

"I don't know yet. Things are constantly changing. It would help if you moved to contain the Imperial Army in Lark Hill."

Luna nods at the words, "Okay."

Where the direction was set, Leeva joined the story.

"Then there should be as many warriors in Lark Hill as possible. We have food issues, but about 100,000 will be easy to get together."

"Jiu, is it 100,000!," Ray exclaims.

The people of the meadows were said to have 50,000 human horses and up to 200,000 nomads, because they were nearly 40% of the total population.

"We are all warriors, even women and children. Same goes for the nomads. Few can fight."

Leeva points out and proudly tells her fellow countrymen around her.

Human-man women are slightly more luxurious than men but equipped with spears and bows, in fact many have more strength than Imperial Army cavalry.

"Then let the arriving family know that. This is the White King. You'll want to earn that honor, so as much power as you can muster."

Ray had lost his word.

It is said that if the strongest cavalry is as high as 100,000, it will be easy to win even if you fight all the legions of the Imperial Army. Once again, I felt terrified that I had gained so much power.

"We should talk about the number of soldiers later. Now it's important to know when to start acting."

Ray returns to me in Hamish's words.

"Right. With the information we got in Ezarrington, we just want to make sure we get to Lark Hill by September enough. Five hundred kilometers from here to Lark Hill. If it's just us, we'd like to leave tomorrow."

"Then don't worry. We can travel a hundred kimmels a day. With more troops, you have to move livestock, but you can still move fifty kimmels."

The Hamish lose their words to the insane speed of travel of the Humane Horse Warriors. Normal army travel speeds are impossible and thirty kimmels. If you're just a cavalry with adequate support, you manage to get something like fifty kimmels, and that, too, will exhaust you so uselessly as an army if you continue for three days.

Being able to travel at twice that speed was an override of military common sense.

Ray has also become familiar with the military knowledge of this world since he began to act with the Markat Mercenary Corps (Red Arms), and is just as surprised as Hamish and the Red Arms face.

"Still, you have to leave in four days."

"There is no problem if we are alone, but if the king is to be accompanied, we should look at the 10th"

"You don't have to look for information about Luke's movements? I think Netherton's deputy has some kind of information."

Theo endorses Ashley's proposal.

"If the enemy moves fast, there's a good chance the Fourth Corps is sending us a transmission. Then Netherton might have some information too. Let's check it out."

"Us? I don't like it. Because we're going to have Mr. Hamish and the others do the archery," Serra disagrees.

Theo had to laugh bitterly at his sister's statement not to read the air, "I'll do it with me," he said. But Luna shouts, "I'll do that,"

"But you don't have a handover."

"It doesn't help me to be here, and I want to do what I can. Theo, help Ray here. Because you're the only one who can come in and negotiate with the Humans."

"Surely it would help me too if you could stay with Mr. Theo. Luna, I'm sorry, but I need you to gather information."

The approximation of the policy was thus determined.

In addition to Luna, Ryan and Ione are going to gather information. Besides, the beast slaves Seyce and Dies accompany them as escorts.

When they were ready, Luna and the others set off for the town of Netherton.

Before we left, Hamish offered to escort us from the Red Arms, but Luna says no.

"With Ryan and Ione, I think we'll be fine. And there's Mr. Seyce. Don't worry, everyone in the Red Arms will want to have full training for the first time in a long time."

Hal Rankle of the Fifth Squad, who overheard the words, shook his head small and sideways, muttering to himself.

"I don't have as many training lovers as the Lockhart family. If they say this, the captain is going to be willing to do it too... Huh..."

When the rigorous training starts now, one last big sigh of sigh.

Valeria Marcutt, who was listening to it, slaps him in the back with a bassin to get in the mood.

"What are you sighing about! You're losing to Ryan as well as the Lockhart kids. Shackle up!

"Gee! Mr. Valeria, were you listening!

"I've been listening," she chuckles.

"It's up to you to joke. I was just looking forward to today's training."

"Right. Well, then, you're the captain, the full course of the captain class. It's the same menu as the Lockhart kids, delightful. Kukukuku......"

Hal is forced to make a smile on the words.

There was this exchange in part, but intense training began in the morning.

It was the Theos. It was a simulated battle between the Rockhart family youngsters and Hamish.

It won't be a one-on-one battle between Hamish over level one hundred and Theos about level fifty. Hamish was also on the loose to avoid major injuries, but Serra, who realizes it, begs Hamish.

"This is not going to be training! I'm willing to kill you, please!

Hamish is puzzled by the word.

"If I'm serious, I could die with a wooden sword."

"No problem except for instant death! Sorel healers are good with their arms. And there's Mr. Ray. I rarely get a chance to get someone as good as Mr. Hamish to really punch me in. Please."

That's what I say and I bow my head big. And Theo and the others bowed their heads in the same way,

"Other people please do the same! We've been used to it since we were kids, and we did the same thing under our master..."

The Red Arms mercenaries, famous for their boldness in the words, also had to be dismissed. But Hamish shines his eyes.

"Come on! Don't die because I'm serious."

The training from then on was a death fight only known as a mock fight for Theo and the others.

Again and again, he stood up and set up his weapon in an impatient shape. Other than the Sorels, who are used to seeing it, I had to be stunned.

In a mock fight with Hamish, Theo and Serra, Lyle broke their bones and Eunice and Robina passed out.

"That's amazing. That's the Lockhart Stream training," says Ray when he says his candid thoughts, and Ashley says the same thing, "That's amazing."

And to Stella on the side,

"I'm also talking about how awesome the training inside of your birth is, what do you think?

"I think it's horrible in a different way than inside," he says, looking at the front.

"What does it mean differently?

Ashley asks me and I realize I was fascinated by their training.

"We have been planted from birth to follow the superiors. So I unconditionally accepted rigorous training, and I also took it for granted that I would die from it. But those guys aren't. They are challenging such rigorous training, whether of their own free will, without being forced to do so. I honestly don't understand how I can push myself that far."

"Right. I feel the same way. But I've only understood one thing"

"What is it?

"They are greedy to be strong. I also want to be purely strong about that. Not even a single piece of impure thoughts there."

"That's true," Stella hammers.

"I've been troubled ever since I was a kid. I wondered what I had to be strong for... I never felt like I wanted to be purely strong like that. I want to be recognized by my father. I feel like I was training with that impure idea..."

"Does Master Ashley want to be like those people?

Ashley cruised slightly at the inquiry.

"... right. I want to be strong. But only to be strong is to want to protect Ray and his people. I guess I can't ask for pure strength..."

Listening to Ashley and Stella's conversation, Ray was thinking of something else.

(I wonder if Theo and the others want to be purely empowered? Somehow Mr. Serra is like that, but I feel different about the others... if you go to a place called Rasmore Village, don't feel like you have that answer... and “power”...)

Ray turns his thoughts around about the power he has been given.

(The power of the people of the meadows is too strong. Human beings who have gained disproportionate power can even change their personality. Am I ok... I am anxious not to run wild in the name of justice...)

I am worried that I have gained the power to defeat even the strongest nation, the Caerm Empire. I can't help but think of examples of dictators becoming tyrants.

With that in mind, I heard Alberic Auger from behind.

"Ray, don't you guys train? I think Hamish today would be a good (...) exercise."

Niyanya and I were told with a laugh and Ray shook his head small.

"It does seem like a good (...) training. I wish I could stand..."

"Because the Gareth and the others seem motivated," he said.

"Yeah, well, tell the humans right. Ray said I didn't mean to kill you. Because it would be tough if we did it in the way we did earlier and went to war with the Humans. Well, that sounds interesting."

That's all I said, I walked away waving my right hand.

The leftover Rays turned to the Hamish with a bitter laugh as the three of them looked at each other.
