But he, an iron slave, suddenly didn't want to answer like this after hearing Hai Wuya's understanding of martial arts before.

"Practicing martial arts is naturally to become stronger." This is Qiao Mu's heartfelt words, not some great truth:

"It's my goal to make my fist bigger and harder."

Hai Wuya was noncommittal, with no expression on his face.

He has been in the sky prison for 30 years, but he is not deaf to what is going on outside the window.

He had heard about Wu Shengren's death and the several disturbances caused by this inmate.

Even so, when he heard that Qiao Mu's original intention was so simple, he didn't show any disappointment on his face.

Qiao Mu continued, "Only when your fist is big can you stand up and use your fist to fight against injustice."

"If the fist is not big enough and the ability is not enough, standing up rashly may not only cause death, but also may not be able to save people, and even harm family members."

"What I am looking for is nothing more than a clear idea and a morality in the world."

People in the world say that the Qiao family is eager for justice and dares to be the first in the world, but Qiao Mu naturally knows that he is not a moral saint, and he has never thought about being a moral saint.

Qiao Mu is not afraid of killing him at all, and even wants it very much.

But if it fails to save people, or even harms those around him, this is not what he wants.

When he first crossed, Qiao Mu acted recklessly, but when he saw that the incident was serious and might affect the people around him, he acted more thoughtfully.

Of course, being reckless still has to be reckless, but not as reckless as before.

"Follow one's own heart, seek morality. It is indeed desirable." Hai Wuya nodded, showing approval.

"Huh? Lao Hai, don't you want to say something else? What I want in martial arts is not as grand as your martial arts, which is humanity." Qiao Mu was slightly surprised.

"Hehe, that's just an idea." Hai Wuya said with a smile:

"There are no saints in this world. In my early years, I just wanted to be an official and glorify my family. It's just that I failed the imperial examinations many times, and that's what happened later."

"When I went to Shaolin Temple to practice martial arts, I just regarded practicing martial arts as a shortcut to becoming an official."

"Before I offended the Holy Majesty because of something strange and was imprisoned in the sky prison, I was just an ordinary second-rank civil servant, and I just practiced a little martial arts. At that time, there were people who were more powerful than me in the court, and those who were stronger than me in martial arts Minister, but there are still."

Hai Wuya, a Shaolin monk in his prime, didn't hold the concept of "martial arts is humanity" from the very beginning, it was a concept that gradually formed after being imprisoned in the Heavenly Prison.

"The Confucian school says to cultivate one's morality, regulate one's family, govern one's country, and bring peace to the world, rather than aiming at such big and empty words as 'to bring peace to the world' from the very beginning." Hai Wuya said.

Hai Wuya got up and rummaged through the pile of books around him for a long time before he found a manuscript.

"still have a question."

Hai Wuya held the manuscript in his hand, and the ray of sunlight from the window of the dungeon fell on his shoulders, and his gray hair seemed to be shining brightly under the sunlight at this time:

"My exercises are not peerless magic arts."

"In my vision, this will be a martial art that everyone can practice. Even those with dull aptitude can practice it as long as they have enough perseverance. It's nothing more than a slower cultivation speed."

"This exercise was created for the people of the world, not for the top martial arts with the highest qualifications. It is not amazing, let alone miraculous."

"The most important thing is that I created this exercise by myself, and it is not perfect. If you learn it, you may go astray and die from a madness! Even so, are you still willing to learn it?" Hai Wuya asked.

"Hahaha..." Qiao Mu's long laughter echoed in the dungeon:

"Why not? The only thing I can do is die. I, Qiao Zhong, wish for it!"

Hai Wuya's face turned serious, and he handed over the manuscript.

With Wufu's powerful eyesight, Qiao Mu saw clearly the title on the first page of this manuscript.

"The Book of Humanity"

But what surprised him was that the three characters "Human Dao Jing" actually had a horizontal stroke, which was crossed out.

And next to the "Human Dao Jing", there is a line of smaller subtitles:

Sutra of the King of Mount Sumeru

"Why does this exercise have two names?" Qiao Mu asked.

"In the beginning I named this exercise "Sumeru King Sutra"." Hai Wuya said indifferently:

"But Mount Sumeru is too small to carry my philosophy of humanity, so it was renamed "The Classic of Humanity."

"But the name "Human Dao Jing" is too big."

"This technique is not yet perfect. It has not reached the level where martial arts are the way of humanity, and everyone can practice it. One day in the future, if this "Sumi Mountain King Sutra" is deduced to a sufficiently perfect level, it will be renamed "Human Way Sutra" ", is worthy of the name."

Hai Wuya was a young monk in his early years, so the name he chose sounds like a Buddhist scripture.

It's just that he is still a Confucian scholar in essence, that's why he said "Mount Sumeru is too small".

"Qiao Zhong, do you know that Martial Dao is not as good as Immortal Dao, what exactly is it?" Hai Wuya asked.

Qiao Mu thought for a moment, then replied:

"Except that the way of immortality itself has been explored farther than the way of martial arts, in my opinion, there are two reasons why martial arts are not as good as immortal cultivators."

"Descent of qi and blood in old age, and the limit of life span."

"When people reach their old age, their energy and blood will decline, and they will no longer be at their peak."

"Some foreign warriors who suffered a lot of hidden injuries when they were young, even after they were 30 years old, their vitality and blood began to decline."

"At the same time, the lifespan of a warrior is not much longer than that of ordinary people. Compared with people in the immortal way, the accumulation is naturally insufficient."

Speaking of this, Qiao Mu thought of the Heyang Qiao's parent's Shengquan that he had been thinking about so much:

"Speaking of which, the patriarch of the Qiao family in Heyang in the past is said to be able to keep his blood alive at the age of 80."

"The grandmaster of the Qiao family in Heyang a hundred years ago can even live a hundred years."

"Longevity Fist?" Hearing the name, Hai Wuya had a half-smile:

"Speaking of which, your surname is Joe too, right? Maybe they were all in the same family 500 years ago."

"Do you know where the Longevity Fist originated, and why is it the only one that has the characteristic of enduring energy and blood in old age?"

"I've heard about the origin of Changshengquan." Qiao Mu recalled what Qiao Canxue said:

"This Longevity Fist is said to be a Taoist internal boxing. It was taught by the ancestors of the Qiao family in Heyang by a Taoist master. There is even a saying that it was taught by an immortal—"

At this point, Qiao Mu stopped abruptly.

He has already dealt with immortal cultivators, so he doesn't know what kind of virtues these so-called immortals are.

"Age without decay?" He recalled those immortal cultivators he had dealt with.

Immortal Dao emphasizes spirit and soul, and many of these immortal cultivators look like young people in appearance, such as Mingyue, a former disciple of Xuantian Sect.Another example is Dao Zongdao just now

real.

Hai Wuya said lightly:

"Actually, among the nine immortal gates, there is one of them, named...Longevity Gate."

The Gate of Longevity, the Fist of Longevity, old age never fades... these are not unrelated things.

Hai Wuya said: "The nine great immortal sects each have their similarities and differences. Among the Daoist sects that dominate Zhongzhou, there are many immortal cultivators like Daozhen before, who acted rashly and only for the sake of enlightenment."

"As for the immortal cultivators of the Longevity Gate...they became interested in warriors many years ago."

"Even the so-called 'immortal way emphasizes the soul, martial arts emphasizes the body, there is no superiority between the two paths, there is only a distinction between them', which was first proposed by the immortal cultivators of the Longevity Sect."

"Many years ago, the cultivators of the Changshengmen began to study martial arts... and their achievement is actually the "Longevity Boxing Sutra."

Qiao Mu was surprised at first, then suspicious.

"But as far as I know, the Qiao family in Heyang has nothing to do with Xianmen. They have no background in Xianmen. They are pure martial arts families?"

Qiao Canxue, who was blind back then, didn't even know that the foreigner was an immortal cultivator.

"Heyang Qiao's family is indeed just a family of martial arts, and has nothing to do with immortality." Hai Wuya said:

"The cultivators of the Changshengmen tried to study martial arts and developed the "Longevity Boxing Sutra". It's just that this road was not completely cleared, so they were finally abandoned by the Changshengmen."

"Otherwise, the "Longevity Boxing Sutra" is not old but not old, but should be a shocking masterpiece of Taoism and martial arts!"

Changshengquan was placed in the old martial arts, so it is naturally a superior martial art.

But to say that it is the best, and compared with Wu Shengren's new law, it still lacks confidence.

Qiao Mu was silent for a while.

Is Changshengquan a path that has not been followed? And it was given up by the long-lived cultivator?

Hearing Hai Wuya's meaning, perhaps this Longevity Fist also has its shortcomings, otherwise why would it be given up by the Immortal Cultivator of the Longevity Sect?

"Don't worry about the Longevity Fist, come and practice my "Human Dao Jing"." Hai Wuya concluded in this way.

"Looking at what you mean, Lao Hai, can your "Human Dao Jing" also make warriors grow old?" Qiao Mu's eyes lit up.

He remembered that Hai Wuya was in the sky prison, at the age of 80 or [-], he was an outstanding person who re-entered the seventh rank.

Qiao's Longevity Fist is not good enough!

The top kung fu created by Wu Shengren, no way!

Because Hai Wuya has a better "Human Dao Jing"?

He looked forward to flipping through the manuscript in his hand, but then he heard Hai Wuya's words;

"Old but not aging? Of course it's impossible." Hai Wuya said lightly:

"Birth, old age, sickness and death, old age and frailty are the normal state of the world. This is normal, and why should it be resolved?"

"I heard that you, Qiao Zhong, have already met Wu Shengren?"

"Wu Shengren is 85 years old this year, do you think his vitality has declined?"

"Besides, for ordinary martial artists in this world, their energy and blood will decline after the age of three or forty."

"Then, an 85-year-old martial artist, compared with a 30-year-old ordinary martial artist, which one has more energy and blood?"

"Of course the two cannot be compared." Qiao Mu spread his hands.

"That's right." Hai Wuya said:

"Old and weak is normal, but as long as the blood can continue to grow and continue to break through, what about aging?"

Chapter 126 Chapter 121

Hai Wuya's "Human Dao Jing" has two characteristics that are different from ancient and modern martial arts.

One is that the requirements for martial arts qualifications are very low. As long as one has enough perseverance, one can eventually improve slowly through accumulation over time.

Second, it is this kung fu that is expected to allow Wu Fu to maintain his vitality in his later years.

Aging is force majeure, so as long as the qi and blood continue to rise, so what?

Hai Wuya said: "I was a monk in Shaolin Temple in my early years, and I also practiced foreign martial arts. Now this "Sumeru King Sutra" can also be regarded as foreign martial arts... No, this is a martial art of energy and blood. .”

A martial artist with four ways, with strength and skill.

On the other hand, Hai Wuya believed that the so-called "strength", that is, the warrior's body, qi and blood, was the essence.

"The martial artist's strength training period is the limit. After the qi and blood are strong, the inner strength is self-generated. The inner strength is born from the strong qi and blood."

"If a person reaches old age and the body is aging, the first thing to decline is Qi and blood."

"Once the qi and blood are weakened, even if the internal strength is still there, it will be difficult to maintain the level... let alone continue to improve."

"That's why my "Mount Sumeru King Sutra" is a technique that specializes in cultivating qi and blood."

"As the saying goes, the accumulation of soil makes mountains, and the wind and rain rise; the accumulation of water makes abyss, and dragons grow."

"The name of Mount Sumeru King Sutra means that through the accumulation of time and time, the accumulation of earth and blood will gradually accumulate into Mount Sumeru."

Is this to train the human body into the so-called Mount Sumeru?Qi and blood are as vast as Mount Sumeru?

Qiao Mu was speechless.

"And the biggest shortcoming of this cultivation method... is the time it takes." Speaking of this, Hai Wuya sighed:

"The future of the "Sumi Mountain King Sutra" will be the "Human Dao Sutra". It is for everyone to practice, so there is such a big flaw."

"The first few layers of the exercises are fine, but for each subsequent layer, the required practice time is almost doubled."

"This may be because the skills are not yet perfect, and I have been in the prison for 30 years, and I don't have much time to practice martial arts...It is about 15 years of cultivation for ordinary warriors, and I have only cultivated to the fourth level so far. Let me return to the seventh rank... how to go to the fifth floor after that is just an inference."
