Gauss weapons can definitely be blocked by force field shields.

But there are too few detailed settings for the Necrons.

For example, quantum shield, I can't even find a column or entry to describe it.

Fleet firepower UR is contradictory, although it is written in the setting:

While still devastating, Necron naval weaponry seems unable to match the raw power of some Imperial designs. However, Necron weapons are known to bypass many conventional defense systems, such as void shields and even Eldar holostats, and strike with otherworldly precision.

But in the Necromancer novels I've read, such as The Fall of Orpheus, the Empire's void shields are always violently shattered and stripped away, and there is no description of bypassing the void shields.

In the board game rules, the particle whip can also ignore the shield and attack the hull directly by rolling 6.

And in the description of shipborne weapons, there is no description of being able to bypass the void shield.

For example, the description of Lightning Arc is: It releases an arc of electricity full of energy, covering the target and attacking weak points. Lightning Arc Generators can usually cover all attack surfaces except the rear.

The particle whip can also cover all striking surfaces except the rear.
