Unpredictable Marriage.

Lady Chen then gave a sign to Madam Liu and Liu Longwei to take Chen Lihua away.

Madam Liu stepped forward, "Lihua don't cry anymore, it's not like you won't see your mother again. You are always free to visit your mother any time you want and Longwei will also accompany you if he is around, so you have no nothing to worry about".

Chen Lihua turned to look at Madam Liu and then her mother. She sniffed one more time before looking at her mother in-law again, then she nodded her head.

Liu Longwei then walked over to them, he took one of Chen Lihua's hand in his and then dragged her gently away from Lady Chen.

"Lihua come let's go, it's late already and mother and Lady Chen need to rest as well, don't delay anymore".

Chen Lihua didn't struggle or cry anymore. She gently let go of her mother's arm.

She was not a child anymore that she could continue throwing a tantrum and besides, it wouldn't leave a good impression on her mother in-law and husband, so she didn't make the situation more difficult.

"Mom take care of yourself. See you soon". Chen Lihua waved at Lady Chen.

"Take care of yourself as well. Call me once you Longwei get home". Lady Chen said and then said to Madam Liu, "Bilu call me as well once you get home".

"No problem Ju Ju, goodnight". Madam Liu replied, she then hugged Lady Chen and waved a goodbye to her before getting into the car.

Lady Chen waved back as well before urging Chen Lihua to get into the car.

Chen Lihua hugged her mother again and Lady Chen pecked her left cheek before pushing her to Liu Longwei.

Once Chen Lihua got into the car, Lady Chen said to Liu Longwei softly, "Longwei, take good care of her. Although, she make look strong on the outside, but she's very soft on the inside. She's a very emotional person, so try not to hurt her. Lihua also easily gets cold".

Liu Longwei nodded in understanding, "You don't have to worry Lady Chen, Lihua is now my wife so I will take good care of her".

Lady Chen gave him a gentle pat on the shoulder saying, "Then I can rest assured. Take care of yourself as well and have a safe trip tomorrow".

"No problem Lady Chen, take care of your health and goodnight". Liu Longwei replied.

Lady Chen gave him another pat on the shoulder before withdrawing to the side.

Liu Longwei got into the car and closed the car after him and then Asst Duyi drove off.

Lady Chen watched the car till it left her sight before flicking off the the drop of tear at the corner of her eyes that was threatening to fall.

Lady Chen is an emotional person as well although she has learnt to keep her emotions in check but Chen Lihua was her only Child and she just entrusted her to another person.

And besides, Chen Lihua left her side when she was just 16 years and came back after 7 years when she is 22 years old. They have only spent 3 months together before all these things happened.

So, she would be lying if she said that she didn't regret her decision to get her daughter married so soon at a little corner of her heart.

But since she trust her friend 'Madam Liu', she knows that even if Liu Longwei doesn't treat her well enough, Madam Liu will not allow it and also Chen Lihua was not an easy person, she hated being mistreated the most so, if she should feel uncomfortable or mistreated, she would immediately file for a divorce.
