It was in the middle of the afternoon when Patricia heard the familiar sound.

It was the sound of an email alert. She had received an email notification.

Ever since Patricia had sent Linda her email, she had set her notification alert on, to let her know of any email that she received.

She checked her inbox and there was an email from Linda.

"May I know who you are?" Linda asked in the email.

She had replied to the email in the Mu Clan's villa.

The email was from an unfamiliar address, and Linda was not sure who it was from.

Linda regularly checked her email for any new update.

Her email was usually full of promotional emails or social media notifications. Linda usually used her email account for shopping and other frivolities.

As usual, Linda logged in to her email account to check how much she had spent on shopping this month.

She also wanted to check the email for records on how she spent her money. Linda was very diligent in keeping her finances in order.

During her younger days as a student, she used her email account more frequently.

It was also common for Linda to receive emails from old friends and classmates who were hoping to keep in touch. Linda was not surprised to receive unfamiliar emails this way.

When she received the mysterious email, she quickly asked who it was from. But there was no reply.

She didn't think too much

pains and sacrifices that mothers would endure for their children. It would be easy to allow all the care of the child to go to the servants, but Linda could not allow that. There was something better and more rewarding in personally taking care of your children. Linda realized this, and that was why she insisted on taking care of her kids on her own.

Linda and Bun were kindred spirits that they understood each other. Both were mothers and could empathize with the other.

"My Lady, how are you recently?"

Linda heard Bun's sweet and gentle voice from the other end of the phone. Hearing Bun's voice always gave Linda much joy and uplifted her spirit.

"Bun, I am fine. And you?"

"It's really been tiring taking care of my little bundle of joy. It's even more exhausting than my years as a soldier, running 50 laps a day! It's really taxing, but I wouldn't have it any other way! Motherhood is truly rewarding."
