When Iris realized that they would be heading for a three-star Michelin restaurant, she gulped hard and hesitated. She knew that there was no way she could afford its hundred thousand dollar menu.

"What are you waiting for? Let's go!" Faye took one glance at Iris' face, and she knew that she was hesitant to go to the restaurant. Iris was wincing as if someone had punched her in the gut. She came from an ordinary family and she had never stepped foot in a restaurant like this before.

"I guess you've never tried their food before, eh?" Faye smiled at Iris, "Today is your lucky day then! I'll take you to the restaurant. Don't say anything or act hesitant when we get there. Just follow me. I don't want anyone to notice that you're not familiar with a restaurant like this."

Faye seemed cheerful and upbeat, but she was only masking her true feelings. Deep down, she still thought very poorly of Iris.

Iris could tell that Faye seemed to be patronizing her, but she didn't mind. Iris was in a good mood herself. She had gotten her revenge on Linda, and she didn't mind dealing with someone as arrogant as Faye today.

Faye grinned. Her scarlet finger nails looked like burning flames against the stack of cash. Iris was starting to get angry now, but this did not intimidate Faye at all.
