The Blooming of Lilies finally came to an end, although it has ended, the citizens were still gathered around the plaza.

"Yingyi, what do we do with the citizens?" asked Song Liya.

"I haven't figured that out yet, maybe we could ask the empress for help?" Yu Yingyi replied.

"Didn't you see? Once they were done with their announcement and the citizens were celebrating, they left," said Song Liya.

Yu Yingyi's eyes widened as she turned to Song Liya. "They left that quickly? I didn't even see them walk down the stage!"

"I didn't see them walk down either, but Jia Xin Yi is a former assassin, she's probably skilled in sneaking away," said Song Liya.

"That does make sense," said Yu Yingyi with a sigh. "I'll announce that the event is over, hopefully, they'll disperse."

Yu Yingyi made her way up onto the stage as she picked up the microphone, "Everyone!"

The crowd retracted their attention from each other and focused on what Yu Yingyi was going to stay.

"I'm thankful that you all came, but there's no need to stay anymore. The event is now officially over, if you wish, you can stay a bit longer but it's time to disperse," said Yu Yingyi.

Slowly, the crowd started to disperse. The remaining people were the ones who wanted to look around the plaza and sightsee. Yu Yingyi's eyes trailed to the ones who didn't move, she was about to call them out but realized they were the ones she helped in the past.

Yu Yingyi signaled them to come over to the open side of the area where they won't block the citizens that were trying to leave. Once they were there, she focused back on the citizens to make sure everyone was able to leave safely.

"Tsk, the empress should've been the one to announce the event is over since she was the last one to speak," Yu Yingyi muttered, she felt a grudge growing.

It took a few minutes for all of the citizens to leave until the area was finally calm, the remaining few decided to walk around the plaza to sightsee. Once they were all gone, Yu Yingyi walked down the stage and made her way towards her supporters.

Immediately, Yingyi was crushed into a hug by Mei Xiang, "Congratulations Prince Yingyi! Wait, I mean Princess Yingyi!"

Yu Yingyi felt the air being sucked out of her, she quickly tapped Mei Xiang's back to signal to get off her.

"Ah, sorry! I was too happy for you so I got carried away!" Mei Xiang apologized as she slightly bowed.

"It's fine, thank you for congratulating me and bringing everyone with you." Yu Yingyi replied.

"I didn't bring them with me, they decided to come on their own to support you. I must say, they're quite loyal to you," said Mei Xiang.

"Haha," Yu Yingyi chuckled before turning to her supporters and bowing her head slightly, "Thank you for coming here to support me, I appreciate it."

"Don't be so formal!"

"It was only right for us to do so!"

"Yeah! After everything you've done for us, how could we not support?"

Yu Yingyi smiled in appreciation, her attention was shifted when she felt a tug on her dress. Looking down, there were the two adults in children's bodies. Instantly, she felt the need to leave, she didn't know how to deal with extremely cute people with the mentality of an adult.

She couldn't decide if it was right or wrong. Nonetheless, Yingyi decided to greet them since it would be rude of her not to.

"Hello, Hu An and...Hui An, correct?" asked Yu Yingyi.

"Yep, you're right," replied Hu An, "Hui An, give her the gift."

"Okay," said Hui An as she pulled out a small box that was wrapped around by a bag.

Yu Yingyi was surprised, she didn't expect them to give her a gift. Moreover, what did she even do to receive a gift from them? Nonetheless, she accepted the gift and thanked them.

"But what did I do to receive this gift? I don't think I did anything for you," said Yu Yingyi.

"Silly, did you not realize it?" asked Hu An.

Yu Yingyi felt confused, what was there to realize?

"I think she doesn't know, you're going to have to tell her," said Hui An.

"It seems so," said Hui An making Yingyi even more confused, "I'm in a romantic relationship with Hu An."

"Ha?!" Yu Yingyi looked at Hu An, then Hui An, then back at Hu An, and repeated the same action, "You...you two are in a romantic relationship!?"

"We are," Hui An replied as she intertwined her fingers with Hu An, "That's why we're giving you a gift as a thank you for allowing us to go out in public since we were afraid of what the people thought of us."

"Ah, so it was like that," said Yu Yingyi, she was speechless, she was just hit with something she never expected.

"I apologize for telling you this out of nowhere, you must be surprised," said Hui An.

"It's fine, I can't deny that I'm not surprised. But it's better knowing than being clueless about it," said Yu Yingyi.

"Alright, open the gift. The gift is based on your preference from the time I met you so if you don't like it, sorry," said Hui An.

"Don't be like that, I'm sure I'll like it," Yu Yingyi reassured, she was curious about what the gift was since Hui An said it was based on her preference when they first met. What would Hui An know off of one meeting?

Yu Yingyi quickly unwrapped the gift, and what she said was true, she indeed liked it. Inside were gold coins, but not just any gold coins. They were wrapped in a gold layer that could be taken off and the inside was a chocolate coin.

"So, do you like it?" asked Hui An.

"Of course I do, this is spectacular. How did you think of this?" asked Yu Yingyi.

"Well, when you were making chocolate, you were making it with a delightful expression. I copied how you made it and bought the ingredients. Since you were part of royalty, I figured you'd like money since you were probably rich so I put the pieces together," Hui An explained.

Yu Yingyi didn't know what to be surprised about, the fact that Hui An was able to copy the way she made it or the fact that she liked money.

"You're amazing," said Yu Yingyi.

"Haha, don't make me blush, my girlfriend is right next to me," said Hui An which made Hu AN slightly elbow her, "I'm kidding! I'm kidding."

Yu Yingyi smiled at the two's cute relationship, was this how she and Song Liya looked to other people?

"Once again, thank you for the event. I think they're more people who want to speak with you so I think we'll take our leave here," said Hui An.

"Alright, thank you too," said Yu Yingyi as she turned towards the direction of the supporters, though it was only Mei Xiang who wanted to talk with her.

'Where are the people who wanted to talk to me?' thought Yu Yingyi.

"So, did you find out?" asked Mei Xiang.

"Yep, I didn't expect those two to be in a relationship, though they seem right for each other," said Yu Yingyi.

"I know right? They're like soulmates, perfect for each other," said Mei Xiang.

Yu Yingyi looked at Mei Xiang with an eyebrow raised.

"No, I'm not into women nor am I into men," said Mei Xiang.

"Elaborate."

"Hmm, I guess it isn't that I'm not into women or males, it's just that I don't see myself in a romantic relationship with anyone. I'd rather watch from the sidelines," said Mei Xiang.

"That's surprising, when we first met, I thought you loved me considering the way you acted," said Yu Yingyi.

"Nope, that was just extreme admiration."

"Oh," said Yu Yingyi, "That's nice to know."

"Don't feel bad, it's just not everyone is into you."

"I didn't mean it like that-"

"I know, I'm just teasing you. Also, it seems I have to go, someone is going to be incredibly jealous if I keep talking to you."

"Let me guess, Liya is looking this way."

"Yep, her eyes are basically piercing through my soul right now. Cold sweat is dripping down my neck and I just felt a shiver down my spine."

"Haha, are you okay?" Yu Yingyi asked genuinely.

"I will be once you go to Liya or else I might not be able to live to see the next sunrise," Mei Xiang replied.

"Alright, then I'll be leaving. Tell everyone I said thank you!" said Yu Yingyi as she turned away.

Yu Yingyi smiled as she made her way towards Song Liya, today was a good day. How long has it been since she felt this accomplished? Finally, she was able to go out in public without a disguise.

As she was making her way towards Song Liya, a familiar figure caught her eyes as she glanced in that direction. However, in a split second, the familiar figure was gone.

But she had no time to think about that when she was embraced by Song Liya.
