VRMMO: Alter Online

-Five minutes later-

Mark panted as he laid om the ground, he was covered in sweat but the pain from uding the skill abandonment is gone.

Mark rested for a while before standing up.

"Ah! damn, that hurts do much" Mark said then stretched his arms.

The sound of bones popping could be heard from every move he does, Mark then looked around and found there was no danger around the cave.

Then decided to mine the iron ingots and coals that he found earlier, the danger around the cave also had subsided.

"So the Elite Skeleton is the only dangerous monster in the cave" Mark deduced then continued mining the ores that he found.

With the stone pick-axe on his hand, mining became faster and easier, though it made his hand feel numb for a little bit but he got used to it.

He stayed under the cave for about 3 hours before finally leaving, he met some monsters on the way but it was only a few spiders, zombies and skeletons.

Mark then finally left the cave, he looked at the sun and saw it was still a little early as the sun hasn't set yet but the play time of Chris and his will soon be timed out.

Mark returned back to the base and what welcomed him was a 3 story tall house that was made half of wood and cobblestones.

Mark also saw a wheat farm and a potato farm, it also have decorations but it was not that much, Mark then saw Chris on the roof.

"Im back! did you destroy the house I made?" Mark asked, he hopefully wish so.

"Welcome back! no, its inside the house!" Chris replied.

"Inside the what!?" Mark exclaimed.

Then immediately ran towards the door and hurriedly opened it, the moment he got inside, he saw a huge hall inside the house, it was much bigger than the room that he lived with Chris.

But Mark didnt care about those things! because in the middle of this huge hall, there was a house in the middle surrounded by glass, looking like a historical item, Chris even went as far as add flowers and a tree around it.

"What the heck!!" Mark wanted to charge towards that glass and destroy this damn of a thing but he calmed himself down, making a glass was expensive and they were in a plain biome, destroying it will cost a lot.

He sighed.

"Did you like it?" Chris arrived and asked

"Damn, You got me there" Mark replied.

"Hehee" Chris smiled cutely.

"Anyway, here are the things I found, 3 stacks of cobblestone(1), a stack of coal, 10 pieces of copper ingot, and 13 pieces of iron ingot, 28 pieces of bones, 10 pieces of rotten meat, 3 pieces of strings" Mark listed as he handed all of his spoils to Chris.

"Good, lets bring it to the storage room, also turn off your livestream while we are it, we will also log off after storing the items" Chris commanded.

"Roger! you heard it guys! time to end the stream for today! see you again tomorrow! Boss, come say goodbye too, you are more popular than me" Mark said.

"Okay, goodbye guys, thanks for supporting Nevermore" Chris said with a sweet smile.

"Done, where is the storage room?" Mark turned to Chris.

"Okay, lets go" Chris nodded, then walked towards the house that Mark made, there was no entrance or whatsoever, it was fully encased with glass.

Chris then went into a specific location near the glass, then bent his knees and started tapping around somewhere the wooden slab.

Once he got to feel something, he grabbed the corner of the wooden slab and lifted it up.

"A secret entrance! cool" Mark exclaimed in surprise.

"Just simple way to hide out items, if we have redstone then we could made a much more complex one" Chris said.

"Yeah, that is true" Mark nodded.

"Lets go in" Chris said and they both entered inside the secret entrance.

Mark curiously looked around the entrance, it was a small tunnel made of cobblestone, it extended up to 10 meters and the only light source was the torches hanging on the wall.

As they stepped forward, the sound of their footsteps resounded on the tunnel, it took them a few moments to reach the end of the tunnel.

What greeted Mark was a huge hall way, extending up to 6 blocks high(2), and it was a huge space, it was covered in cobblestone and some different kind of stones such as granite and andesite.

Mark could also see a fountain of lava floating down from the ceiling which lighted up the surroundings.

"How did you got the lava?" Mark asked.

"I didnt get it, it just flowed out from there, so I just made some hole for it to flow like this" Chris replied.

Mark nodded, then continued to look around, he saw there were armor stands but there is no armors, tons of big chests that were lined up, it also had an frame, which made the chest looked organized.

"Dude, y

you did all of these in a few hours!?" Mark asked.

"Its not much, I just got so into building this and spent most of my time" Chris said.

You said you spent most of your time here, then the huge house!?" Mark asked.

"Only took a few minutes" Chris said.

"Hmm, are you cheating?" Mark asked with a glare.

"No, its impossible to cheat in Alter Online, lets just say, I played with legos when I was young and could build at a very fast speed" Chris said.

"Yeah, yeah, like I will buy that" Mark gave him a stink eye then continued looking around.

"But im saying the truth" Chris said in a low voice the he remembered when he was young and used to play with legos with her grandfather.

"I didnt say you were lying" Mark said as he continued looking around.

Chris sighed and smiled.
