As Will started walking in the streets of East Ocean city, the adventurers around kept staring at him while a few others are following him as they saw his shining equipment but quickly stopped pursuing him as they saw his name and level. After all, this is the current strongest player.

While Will gets all the attention towards himself, several guild leaders/vice leaders with invitations/passes in their hands were slowly making their way towards the moonlight restaurant, which was booked by Aster for the next two hours.

When someone booked a high-end restaurant or a place, the system would provide temporary passes to the host so that the invited guests can enter the place while rejecting out the non-pass holders with1 a barrier. It's just like a guild residence that only allows the guild members and rejects everyone else.

While White Tiger was disturbed a little by the first ranked player identity as Scarlet is one of the guilds that they put a bounty on,

Suddenly, everyone in the Imperial guild received a notification,

*Vice-Leader Black Dragon quits the guild*

"What!"

As the rest of them stopped their leveling, WhiteTiger's face became dark. He growled as he didn't receive a message from Black Dragon, "that damn trash..."

Just then, one of them spoke with a panicking voice, "leader, look at our guild? More than 2000 people left. Other than Black Dragon, I can't see Red Dragon, Blue Dragon, Hercules, and even Dave... What the hell is going on..."

All of a sudden, Imperial Guild suddenly thrown into Chaos as more than 30% left nearly at the same time. With his 536 loyal followers, Red Dragon left the guild and met the current 9th ranked White Walker to join his Westeros Guild.

Black Dragon, who was already bought by Aster, the moment he became Vice-leader left with 358 members. Just like that, in one swoop, the guild was thrown into complete chaos, shocking the hell out of White Tiger.

As Will reached the Mayor's manor, he received a voice-message from Shadow Blade.

"Young Master, the first step is done. Imperial guild's strength is reduced by 1956 common players, 16 out of 100 elite members, and 1 Vice-leader."

Will replied with a message, "good job. Now, the next step is to gather our allies. I'm looking forward to how many important people you managed to subdue..."

After sending the message, Will sighed, "I'm really amazed the matter didn't leak from even one of them when it involved 2000 players. Maybe, even they might not know the whole situation. Aster did inform that he was separating them into small divisions." A grin appeared on Will's face as he mumbled, "I bet those people who left were still thinking that they were the only ones left."

Will reached the gate and showed the nobility badge to the guards, who allowed him inside the manor.

As he stepped inside, Will saw a level-1 short bald-man, wearing an apron and have a ladle in his hand as he coming out of his kitchen.

Looking at the adventurer, who looks a bit confused, the Mayor smiled as he greeted, "Ah, Viscount TimeTraveler, you are finally here. Please, make yourself home. I'll be back very quickly."

As he went away to the kitchen, Will sat on the chair while thinking, "this is one unique mayor I met. Doesn't he have chefs or something? What's wrong with him?"

After 15 minutes of waiting, the mayor returned in his normal casual attire while a maid is bringing the dishes.

The Mayor smiled, "why don't you join me for the lunch..."

But, Will quickly turned down the invitation as he had far more important matters, "I'm sorry. I just had mine..."

Immediately, the system sent a notification.

*Favorability dropped by 5*

Looking at it, Will thought, "Well, it doesn't matter if the favorability drops from 70 to 65. I plan to kick him out of the office in the future, anyway."

The Mayor hid his disappointment after a second and gave him a handshake, "anyway, I want to congratulate you on becoming a Viscount."

As the mayor about to go for lunch and doesn't seem like he's in a mood to give him a quest, Will took out Arthur's necklace and showed it to him, "um, Mr. Ravus, I wonder if this is necklace belongs to your son."

Hearing the words, the mayor immediately stopped and turned around to see a Silver necklace with sapphire stones embedded in it. Then, he reached out to it and took it in his hands, "this necklace... it's certainly my Arthur's... where did you get it?"

Will replied, "Oh, a leopard monster dropped this item after I killed it."

Tears started to form in Ravus' eyes as he caressed the necklace, "I see... my son's death has been avenged. Thank you, Viscount Time Traveler."

As the mayor handed a pouch full of silver, Will got notifications from the system.

As Will turned around to leave, the mayor stopped him, "wait a second."

The Mayor then said, "I wonder if you are interested to do a job for me."

Will gestured, "please continue."

"Recently, I received an order from his majesty to investigate the ruins of Marten. Do you know a creature named Cereberus?"

Will nodded, "yes, the guardian of the city that was prisoned after corrupted by demons."

The Mayor then said, "originally, I don't want to involve you. I feel you aren't strong enough yet but seeing that you are from Angel race and have an obvious advantage against those corrupted beings, I'm thinking you might be the man for this job. Don't worry, you won't be alone. Three of our elite soldiers will join you on this quest and you can take two more adventures with you. So, are you up for it? You will be rewarded quite handsomely."

*Quest: The Mayor wants you to investigate the Ruins of Marten.

Rewards: 2,000,000 EXP, 3 gold, one random epic grade equipment according to the class*

Looking at the quest, while anyone in this situation will be taken aback in surprise seeing such generous rewards, Will, on the other hand, didn't have much of a reaction as it isn't much for him.

He looked at the mayor and asked, "Mr. Ravus, do I need to leave for the mission, right away?"

The Mayor shook his head, "not right away but I hope, you leave as soon as you can. You see... I need to report to his majesty within two weeks. Six days have been passed. So, you have one more week to go."
