Looking at the designs, Wil shook his head, "no, I don't want it to be stylish. You can consider this place is like my administration region. So, it should have a feeling of intimidation, majestic, etc… on one glance, especially the Mayor's office. Did you understand what I'm trying to tell?"

World Battle Tournament

Description:

Adventurers, it's the third week since the launching of War Online. Summersoft hereby is announcing the first-ever world battle tournament.

Those who are excited about fighting against other players from all over the world and gain rewards must register themselves in the Battle Arena of any city.

And those who want to use this opportunity to earn money can place a bet on your favorite fighters and earn several-fold in return. 

Entry rules:

Standard fee for entry = 5 silver.

Late fee for entry = 10 silver.

Fee to watch live battles from arena= 1 silver per each day.

Fee to watch a close up the live battle from capsule = 1 gold.

Fee to record a match for audience = 10 silver

Fee to record a match for participants = free 

Each account has only one entry.

All registrations will be closed on July 3rd, 5 p.m. EST or 9 a.m. WST 

Tournament rules:

All the participants' levels that are less than 100 will default to level-100 and they will be provided with a full set level-100 gold grade gear, which is only exclusive for the tournament.

Throughout the tournament, the levels and mastery of the skills will remain the same as the time when a participant registered.

The items added into inventory after registration will be locked and can't be used until the tournament is over. 

All race effects will be nullified.

All kinds of potions and scrolls cannot be used in the tournament.

The preliminaries will start from July 3rd, 6 p.m. EST or 10 a.m. WST and end on July 5th, 5 p.m. EST or 9 a.m. WST

Top 128 to Top 16 battles will start from July 6th, 6 p.m. EST or 10 a.m. WST and end on July 7th, 5 p.m. EST or 9 a.m. WST

Quarterfinals and Semi-finals are on July 8th, 6 p.m. EST or 10 a.m. WST

Finals are on July 9th, 6 p.m. EST or 10 a.m. WST 

Battle rules:

Registered players from all over the world will be divided into 128 groups.

All battles are one vs one.

A player can participate in an unlimited number of matches.

Depending on the time, the system will score at the end of the match.

Each second of the time left will increase the winner's score by 10 points and the loser will receive the same number of negative points as a penalty.

The participants are matched randomly in the same group.

Each battle has a time limit of 5 minutes.

It'll be declared as a draw once the time limit reached and both of them receive a score of zero.

If both participants agree, they can tactically agree to draw and stop the match at any time.

If a participant withdraws before 10 seconds, then, the winner will receive half of the points and the loser's penalty will be decreased by half. 

If participants meet each other for the second time in preliminaries, then, there won't be a score allotted to either side. 

Every winner will receive one battle coin at the end of the match. Battle coins can be used in the battle shop to buy consumable items after preliminaries.

The items bought in the battle shop can be used in upcoming battles.

Rankings from each group are refreshed hourly. 

At the end of the preliminaries, the top scorer from each group will advance to the next round.

All further rounds after preliminaries will be knock-out rounds.

Rank 100000 - 50001: One silver grade equipment

Rank 50000 – 25001: Two silver grade equipment

Rank 25000 – 10001: Three silver grade equipment

Rank 10000 - 5001: One gold grade equipment

Rank 5000 - 1001: Two gold grade equipment

Rank 1000 – 501: Three gold grade equipment

Rank 500 – Rank 129: A full set of gold grade equipment

Rank 128 – Rank 65: One epic grade equipment or a full set of gold grade equipment + 100 gold

Rank 64 - Rank 33: Two epic grade equipment or a full set of gold grade equipment + 200 gold

Rank 32 – Rank 17: Three epic grade equipment or a full set of gold grade equipment + 300 gold

Rank 16 – Rank 9: Full set epic grade equipment + 500 gold

Rank 8 – Rank 4: One legendary grade equipment or Full set epic grade equipment + 1000 gold

Rank 3: Two Legendary grade equipment or Full set epic grade equipment + 2000 gold + Exclusive Title
