Ways to handle this little demon

"Fuck! How come such a horrible monster is in Yewan forest?"

With his lightning fury, Wang Li Jie lept into the air as he tried to attack the giant flying demonic beast. But, its speed and agility was far beyond his expectation. Not only the beast easily avoided his attack, it almost cut his left arm with its sword-like wings. 

This was supposed to be a Qingting demonic beast. No, this really was a Qingting beast. But, it wasn't like any other normal demonic beasts they used to see in Yewan forest. Qingting demonic beasts were supposed to look like giant dragonflies. But this one in front of him was standing like a real human. Not only its power far exceeded that of a normal one but its agility and instincts were also a lot greater. Worse yet, it could even understand and also talk human language! If he had to give an example, this beast seemed like a cultivator who just made a breakthrough and got a lot stronger. 

But Wang Li Jie just couldn't understand it. Demonic beasts were not like cultivators. Once a low-level, they would just be low-level beasts for a life time. And the same went for high-level demonic beasts too. This Qingting beast was initially a low-level one. But, now..... it got a lot stronger....even stronger than any other high-level demonic beasts. It was as if this was not a demonic beast anymore but a real demon with actual intelligence. 

"Is this all what you've got? Why are you so fuckin stubborn? Just hand that young cultivator over to me already. You're not going to taste good. I can tell it just from your aura. So hurry up and just hand him over...otherwise you are dead. "

That's right. This demonic beast was after Yang Zhiqiang who was currently in the protection array created by Wang Li Jie. Just a few minutes ago, Wang Li Jie was sending voice transmissions to other members to come here. It's because, instead of missing villagers, the two of them unexpectedly stumbled upon hundreds of dead demonic beasts in the forest. 

It was not the doing of cultivators. Wang Li Jie could tell it just by looking at the corpses of deceased demonic beasts. It was as if a one-sided slaughter between demonic beasts happened here. Many of the deceased beasts had their limbs torn apart. Some were headless corpses whilst some were only left with their skeletons. This was the last kind of scene Wang Li Jie expected to witness in Yewan Forest. 

After Wang Li Jie finished sending voice transmissions to his buddies, he was about to observe the surrounding with Yang Zhiqiang when this junior was suddenly taken into the air by an unknown beast. 

If only Wang Li Jie failed to react in time, right now, Yang Zhiqiang would have long been eaten by this Qingting beast. Just in case, he made Yang Zhiqiang stay in the protection array. The junior seemed like he wanted to help him. But Wang Li Jie would rather endure it just by himself till Zhang Long Wei and his buddies came to back him up. 

Wang Li Jie didn't know why. But, this beast kept saying he didn't seem delicious and it was not going to eat him even if he willingly let it so. Since this beast was such a strong enemy, it's such a good thing that it had no thought to eat him. Even so, Wang Li Jie somehow felt offended. Why in the world did this fuckin beast keep saying he would taste awfully bad? But Yang Zhiqiang would make a good meal? How could this stupid beast know it without even getting to taste him?

Even though, it was such a good thing that, this giant beast's target was not him, Wang Li Jie felt like his dignity had been hurt. 

"Shut the fuck up and just fight...Damn it!... with what mouth is this creature even saying human language? "

The creature kept attacking him with its sword-like wings wheras Wang Li Jie defended himself with lightening fury. Since this creature could fly, it kept coming to attack him from all sorts of different angles. He tried summoning thunder and attacked the creature. But, it moved too fast and his lightening could barely strike the beast precisely. 

His stamina was running out already. And if he kept on fighting like this, he was going to get defeated by this creature sooner or later. Damn his weak body... 

If it were not for his body getting weaker and 

weaker for fuckin no reason, he would have been able to defeat this beast with ease. 

"Senior Wang, behind you! "

Hearing Yang Zhiqiang's sudden yell, Wang Li Jie quickly looked behind. But, it was already too late. Even before he could avoid, his left arm had been cut off by keen blades of the beast's wings. 

With absolute startle, Wang Li Jie glanced down at his own arm which just dropped onto the ground after getting cut off by the beast's wings. He'd just lost an arm? Just as Wang Li Jie was finding it hard to accept, the giant Qingting beast came again. But this time, its agility almost faster by a hundred times than earlier. He couldn't even see the creature's attack coming, let alone defending himself against it. And then, he found his left leg mercilessly been cut off. Wang Li Jie collapsed to the ground. Just in a minute, he'd just lost two limbs. What's happening? How come the beast suddenly got stronger and much faster? It just cut both of his limbs just in a minute? 

Instead of feeling overwhelming fear, Wang Li Jie just laughed out loud. This was just so ridiculous. The creature wanna scare the hell out of him using such illusion spell on him. But, it only had Wang Li Jie in stitches. Granted, according to their battle earlier, it wouldn't be a surprise even if that beast really managed to beat him black and blue. But, what? Super agility and its attack getting more intense by a hundred times? Well, that's an incredible improvement though.....hahaha... 

And what the most ridiculous thing was that, this damn beast forgot to let him feel the pain. Even if it was going to use an illusion spell against him, at least let him feel some pain so that he was convinced a little. But now, getting his limbs cut off, yet no real pain coming..... What's this ridiculous illusion? As expected, in the end, a demonic beast was just a demonic beast with no intelligence.

Breaking out of the illusion spell the giant beast casted against him, Wang Li Jie turned around..... so this creature was planning on destroying the protection array, which Yang Zhiqiang was in, whilst letting him occupied with some scary illusion?..... 

And this whole time, it had been hiding such an illusion-related-ability as well? .... 

Not only it did trap him in an illusion, it even humiliated him by turning him into a cripple in the illusion realm. This beast had gone a little too overboard. Gathering massive amount of spiritual power into his hands, Wang Li Jie summoned a giant thunderstorm.

Just wait and see how he was going to turn this giant beast into a burnt dragonfly in the next minute....
