The ninth design is a short-range Rocket launcher. It is named Tigon-7. The weapon's design is a simple, smoothbore, aluminum tube, layered with fiberglass on the outside. The most difficult part of creating this weapon is the solid propellant motor that powers up the rocket. Since he was alone, it will be a time-consuming task.

Because he cannot stay more than 30 minutes in the factory, he has to build the motor in the outside world and brings it to his Factory, letting the assistant robot finish the rest.
