What?! The Gamemaster And The Top Player Are Dating?!

[I think you are forgetting to count someone]

"Who?" Zhihao frowned. 

He heard the Gamemaster chuckle and in the next second, Alvi answered. 

[You are forgetting to count the Gamemaster.]

"..."

[If you count him, there is no way you'll be at the top.]

Zhihao glared at the Gamemaster as he heard this, but he still felt like Alvi was saying something that made sense and couldn't help but feel admiration for the man. 

Zhihao sighed, if they were to count the Gamemaster in, there really was no way that Zhihao would be considered as the top player but of course this was just for now. Zhihao was determined to beat this man. At this moment, maybe the Gamemaster could be considered as the real top player, but in the future, Mastermo was sure that he would be overthrowing the man from that position. 

The Gamemaster chuckled as he heard Alvi speaking. He seemed to be proud of himself as he glanced at Zhihao and smiled, but it was so small that Zhihao was unable to say if this gesture was a friendly smile or if it was a mockery, but Zhihao didn't care what it was. Even if it was mockery or a friendly smile, Zhihao would still feel the same. 

Even if the Gamemaster was mocking him, Zhihao would not be feeling too sad since he knew that the man had earned it. Bu Hui's proudness was self-explanatory and didn't make Zhihao feel angry, instead, it motivated him. He was sure that the man had worked hard for that position and to beat such a man in the future, Zhihao was too excited to be the one to do the honors. 

After much deliberation, Zhihao decided to speak up, "I'll beat that Gamemaster of yours too." 

The Gamemaster chuckled as heard this, but Zhihao could sense that the man wasn't making fun of him, but was on the contrary satisfied with his response. 

"Please do." The Gamemaster spoke and Zhihao was a bit surprised to hear it, however, he didn't dislike it. 

Zhihao nodded and was even more motivated to face whatever the next sound was going to be. 

The two players looked at the screen in front and Zhihao finally started to wonder what this screen was about. 

This screen was constantly displaying the same words which also happened to be their only mission.

Zhihao decided to try something as he asked, "Alvi, Are there any secret missions here?"

[Why do you think I will answer that?]

"..." 

He heard the bot chuckle, but it seemed that the bot wasn't completely useless as it spoke up once again. 

[There might be secret missions, but I don't think you'll be finding them with how you're playing.]

Zhihao smiled mischievously as he heard this. 

He was baiting the bot and luckily enough, the bot was too stupid to realize that it had just given out a big hint. 

The Gamemaster who was observing the man, smiled in satisfaction as he heard this. It seemed like he was able to understand what was going on. He was able to understand and was proud of this player who was able to understand so much. 

There was a reason why this screen was here and there was also a reason why they were restricted on these chairs. 

Zhihao had tried to break out of the strains by force without ever wondering why they were placed here in the first place. 

If the strains weren't here, would it not be easier to scare the payers into turning around? 

With what Alvi said, Zhihao was sure that there was a secret mission as well but with how he was playing, he won't be able to complete it. 

He was playing according to the rules. The screen in front told him not to turn around and that was exactly what he was doing until now and that was the problem. If he were to trigger the secret mission, he needed to ignore the rules and try something out of the box. 

He tried to get out of the constraints one more time but just like before, he still failed. 

"Bu Hui, how do we get out of this?" Zhihao asked but the gamemaster only smiled and didn't bother answering the question. 

The next sound that came was the sound of something rushing towards them but it wasn't water or something like that. It was something much like the sound of rats. Millions of them just rushing towards them. 

This time, Zhihao wasn't afraid at all and instead of reacting to the sound or trying to break his hands-free, he spoke up, "You can't fool me anymore." 

The sound of the rushing rats stopped and Zhihao smirked. He was satisfied with the silent response and felt like he had guessed it right. 

After the minute of silence was over, he heard another sound coming from behind. 

This time it was the annoying sound of BBtrash. 

"Darling, what are you talking about?" 

Zhihao, "You can stop it now." 

"..." 

Zhihao suddenly turned his head towards the Gamemaster and spoke, "Didn't I tell you that I was going to show you why I'm the only one capable of beating you?" 

"Are you going to show me now?" Bu Hui asked with a proud smile. 

Zhihao lightly nodded his head as he answered, "Just watch." 

"Darling, why aren't you looking at me?" He heard 'BBtrash' speaking. 

Zhihao chuckled as he heard this, "You aren't trash nor were you Li Ling and you were definitely not a hoard of rats." 

He heard silence follow and this made Zhihao feel like his theory had been correct. 

The sounds were different but they were all produced by the same sources, however, the source might have been a system and at the same time, it would not have been one as well. 

"You can stop it now, Alvi." Zhihao spoke and he heard the Gamemaster snickering as he heard this. 

[How did you know?] 

Zhihao, "You just told me."

[What?]

"It was only a theory but you confirmed it right now." 

[...]

Zhihao wasn't sure if he was right or not but he guessed that the source of the sounds was the same but if that was the case, which system knew everything about Zhihao? There was no one except for Alvi who knew the player so well so if there was one system that was making all of the sounds, it had to be Alvi. 

There was also one thing that was suspicious. How come Alvi didn't get a physical body at this level? 

It wasn't that she didn't get a physical body because there were no characters to overtake but it was because she was given a role and not a body. 

What exactly did that mean? 

As Zhihao remembered, the body that Alvi had in the previous level was not a body she just so happened to possess but it was actually how she was created and that ten-year-olds body was registered in every level but of course, there were always exceptions and this level just so happened to be on of those exceptions. 

If she didn't get her body registered at this level, why might that have been so? 

After playing T.I.A.D. so much, Zhihao was sure about one thing and that was the fact that nothing happened without a reason. 

There was always a reason behind every small thing. 

She didn't have a body at this level but that didn't mean that she didn't have a role. 

Having a role and having a body were two different things. 

What if she was given the role of being the one who was making all this sound? What if she was the speaker that was playing all this sound? It would make perfect sense since she was the only one with so much information on Mastermo. 

Mastermo had originally guessed that it was someone else who was making all the sounds but after thinking about it further, he found Alvi to be the most suspicious but of course that didn't mean that he was sure it was Alvi. It was still just a theory, a guess that had been proven right by Alvi herself who thought that she had been found out.

[As expected of the great Mastermo]

Zhihao smiled as he heard this but the smile didn't last long on his face. 

He was sure that this was the secret mission but how come he heard no alert. 

"Alvi, what's the secret mission?" Zhihao asked as he frowned after not hearing the alert. 

[Didn't I tell you already?]

[You can't solve the secret mission like this]

Zhihao had a bad feeling as he heard this. 

He was wrong in thinking that this was the secret mission but if this wasn't the secret mission, then what was the secret mission? 

Suddenly, he felt himself move but it wasn't him doing it, it was the chair that he was trapped in. 

The chair had started rotating. 

It was forcing them to turn around.
