When Love Happens!

To everyone's surprise, Jacob smiled. His phone had vibrated again and he knew it was Isa. They both had been waiting for this question, though he could not read her message, but he could not help but smile. Everybody was stunned to see how calm Jacob looked. The investor's rude words had no impact on him, at all.

"Firstly, please serve some cold water to Mr. Terrance. He looks rather angry and scary!" Jacob smiled and looked at the staff. Everybody laughed, while the waiter obliged bringing a glass of chilled water. The man had to accept the glass of water being served to, having no option, as he did not want to look rude.

"To answer your question, yes it is my duty to take care of my investors but also it is my right to know, who are willing to stand by me in every thick and thin. Thus, I wanted to know, who are my company's real supporters and investors, who still believe in the Miller group. As my dad had rightly written in his books- It is good to know your friends, but it is more important to know your enemies. I wanted to filter out those investors, who within a span of few months, lose interest in the company and forget all the profits they have earned in the past 20 years."

Their was a loud commotion everywhere, while people were discussing what the boy just said, in surprise.

"Yes, call it my strategy or game plan. Whatever you want! So, now I thank you all, who have still planned to show up today in such a short notice. You have still maintained your shares, so to show my gratitude, I have an amazing deal for you all. Do you want to hear it?"

"Yes!!!!" The crowd errupted in unison, excited to hear the man's words.

"Well, today I am officially announcing the world's largest talent hunt competition, that has ever been organized. All the students from different age groups, globally, will participate in different catagories. The winners will be judged by internationally acclaimed artists! This will be the most sought after event in the entire world, where winners will not just get a prize money, but also life time scholarship with opportunity to train under those acclaimed judges!"

The hall was again filled with thunderous applause. Everybody was happily cheering for the boy on the stage, including Mr. Terrance, who too was happily clapping!
