Chapter 29 – Just A Hug

 

Bai Huai’s voice was very gentle and so is the setting sun slowly falling down to make the cool breeze of the evening more prominent than before. 

 

As soon as Jian Songyi heard Bai Huai’s request, his ears began to flame a little bit. 

 

When he said ‘coaxing’, he obviously did not mean it this way. How come nothing goes right if it comes out of his mouth. This is driving Jian Songyi mad.

 

When Jian Songyi said the word ‘coax’, what he meant is the fact that they could talk about their feelings man to man as he gives him advice about his situation. How come Bai Huai lost his mind? Jian Songyi could not help but feel his temper raging from within. 

 

He clearly lost his temper,  but Jian Songyi tries his best to hold the grumpy person within him. So, he could only roll his eyes over at Bai Huai. “Who would want to hug you? After two big men came to hug you, you were not afraid to spit out the meat you just ate.” after saying this, Jian Songyi turned around and started walking away.

 

Bai Huai followed him and couldn’t help but chuckle: “Why would you turn your face away from me when we are not done speaking yet? I went to the toilet and you rushed to follow me just so you could scold me. You told me that I should let you coax me, but when I did you’ve gotten angry. What’s up with you? Why is it difficult to please and serve you?”

 

Jian Songyi couldn’t hold it back and turned to face Bai Huai again with a fierce face: “If you really went to the toilet, can’t I could come over and bash you?”

 

“But I really did go to the bathroom. What else can I do out here? My schoolbag is still in my seat.”

 

Jian Songyi stood there as if contemplating the whole situation.

 

Yeah. 

 

That’s right.

 

Bai Huai’s bag is still in his seat.

 

Thinking about his sudden heartfelt outburst, Jian Songyi finally thought that he had just blown himself up. He suddenly went red from his neck all the way to his head. He could only wish that the ground would be able to eat him alive, or the fact that he could just dig his grave there at that instant.

 

Recently, Jian Songyi realized that he had been more irrational and impulsive because of Bai Huai. And because of this, he could not help but be pissed with him. He had enough, so he thought that he should not be friends with him anymore. They could just return from the way they used to be before the training camp.

 

Yes, in his mind, they are no longer friends. Bai Huai is not worthy. He agreed with himself that he should not be good to Bai Huai in this life anymore. Because of an inhibitor, a few small help from him, and a few more details that had happened these past few days, he unexpectedly forgave him? Jian Songyi thought that he might be losing his mind.

 

Jian Songyi lets out a “ha” as if he is readying himself on how to destroy Bai Huai with his speech.

 

But then, Bai Huai beats him into speaking first as he spoke ever so fondly to him. “But what you said was right. I do feel a little bit uncomfortable. But just a little bit. It’s not that serious at all. It was my fault that I went to Beicheng at that time, but in fact, it was not because of what you think. It’s about something else… I couldn’t tell you now, though. As for when I’d be able to, it depends solely on you.”

 

Jian Songyi snorted. “Who wants to know?” As he said this, his walking pace slows down just a little bit.

 

Bai Huai leisurely followed behind him still: “Don’t worry. The past troubles in my heart had already passed. That day, Wang Hai and I are not arguing. He was just a little emotional. If I really have been troubled by it then I wouldn’t have returned. But I did, so there’s nothing to worry about me.”

 

“Don’t flatter yourself. No one is worried about you.”

 

“Well, I’m not the one who was in such a hurry just now.”

 

“You should know by now that I am a loyal person. I’ll do the same to all of my brothers: Lu Qi Feng, Zhuo Luo, Xu Jiaxing, and Yang Yue. So don’t flatter yourself.”

 

At some point, Jian Songyi stopped walking to face Bai Huai. 

 

Bai Huai almost bumped into him. “Why did you stop? Are you really going to hug and coax me?”

 

Jian Songyi is about to burst: “Get lost. We went to go to the comfort room and then talked on the staircase for almost half a day. Do you want Yang Yue to think that we are defecating somewhere that is not the toilet?”

 

“We could tell him that we were walking around hand in hand to the toilet while having the dream of going back to kindergarten.”

 

“Get out.”

 

“You should be the one to get out. This is the men’s A toilet room. You should go to the other comfort room.”

 

“I usually go to the Men’s A toilet at school. Anyway, there are partitions. What are you afraid of? Are you afraid of being beaten by me? “

 

“…..”

 

Bai Huai felt that this man was really capable. One second, Jian Songyi could make his heart go soft and distressed that he wishes that he could just immediately hold him down and express his love. But after a few seconds, he feels like he is going to have a heart attack with him. Bai Huai wanted to dig his head up to see if Jian Songyi put a potion in his food for him to be such a lovesick fool towards him.

 

He could not stand it, so he took Jian Songyi out of the men’s A toilet and stuffed him into the men’s O toilet. 

 

And then, Bai Huai can finally let out a long sigh. How can a top Alpha be afraid of him? Can’t he do anything better than this?

 

He is such a joke. 

 

In the future, he really needs to teach this ignorant Omega to be a human.

 

Meanwhile, the other five men are still seating at the big round table at the other end of the open ground. They were busily eating meat and drinking while watching in relish the two marshals pushing and shoving each other on the staircase.

 

It was not until they disappeared at the end of the toilet that Yu Ziguo spoke: “ I seem to be always watching the deep scum Bai Huai and the grumpy Jian Songyi. Do you think I would be able to top up Leonardo and Song Xiaobao with the same concept relied on our fellows? Or should I write them as double Alphas in love?’

 

Xu Jiaxing patted Yu Ziguo on the back of his head: “What are you thinking all the time? Brother Song and Bai Huai are sworn enemies. They’re the first and second ranking in everything. Their bloodlust would never die. Don’t ponder about silly things all day or you might just die if not today then sooner than you might expected.”

 

Yang Yue agreed. “That is if you keep linking them like some kind of ordinary couple. I won’t be able to protect you, brother.”

 

“I don’t know about that… I think depending on Yang Yue is a lot more dangerous.” Lu Qi Feng said coldly before taking a sip of his drink.

 

“Shit? Do you all think that I am some goody-two-shoes that is easy to bully?”

 

“I’ll get some more drinks.” Yu Ziguo stated.

 

Lu Qi Feng squeezed that empty can and asked faintly to change the subject. “I have to ask though if the blind man’s sons are twins, named Wang Shan and Wang Hai? After Wang Shan’s accident in Beicheng, the school made an exception to admit Wang Hai.”

 

Lu Qi Feng’s father is the director of the Public security Bureau, so he is probably knowledgeable about this case. Did you know that Wang Shan jumped off a building because of campus bullying?”

“Did you know that Bai Huai was the only one who took care of Wang Shan against all of Beicheng’s students? But then, that day when the accident happened, that was also the time wherein Bai Huai requested to go out. And then when he returned to school late, he happened to see Wang Shanjump from the sixth floor and fell right in front of him.”
