In the nineteenth year of Zhengzheng, when Zhang Sanfeng was leaving Jinling, he foresaw that Shen Wansan would be assigned to the frontiers, so he exhorted: “The kings of the east and the west are prosperous, and we will meet in the southwest in the future.”

On September 20th, 19th year, Yangshen was out on a trip, and his disciple Yang Guishan thought that he had emerged, put a coffin, and was engulfed, and Shiyangshen returned. Mitutoyo Niangui Mountain was simple and kind, so he took it away. In the next two years, the Yuan Dynasty was exhausted, and the Ming master was not established, and Zhang Sanfeng conquered Wudang Mountain. During the seventeenth to eighteenth years of Hongwu, Zhu Yuanzhang asked Sanfeng to enter Beijing twice, but he avoided seeing them. In the twenty-three years of Hongwu, Zhang Sanfeng left Wudang to revert to wandering around.

In the 25th year of Hongwu, Zhang Sanfeng escaped into Yunnan. At this time, Shen Wansan was convicted of offending Zhu Yuanzhang and his family was sent to Yunnan. When I met Zhang Sanfeng in Yunnan, he was in response to the saying “I should meet in the southwest in the future.” Zhang Sanfeng then took Shen Wansantianyuan’s pill, and the couple had to take it and soared day by day.



At the beginning of Yongle, Zhu Di ordered Hu Guangzhao to visit Sanfeng again, but he did not know that Hu Guang met Sanfeng in Wudang. (Hu Guang’s name is Xunxian, but he is Xunjian Wendi.)

In the ten years of Yongle, the ancestor Zhu Di mobilized more than 300,000 military and civilian craftsmen. After ten years, huge engineering buildings such as Eight Palaces, Erguan, 36 Temples, and 72 Rock Temple were built. At that time, Sanfeng was among the people, and Zhu Di sent people to visit repeatedly. According to the records of “Zhang Sanfeng’s Biography”, in the spring of 1418, Emperor Yongle deliberately drove to Wudang, Junzhou to visit Zhang Sanfeng. Sanfeng was absent, and he came back in a happy mood. Emperor Yongle was furious, so he ordered a man named Hu Guang to look for Zhang Sanfeng. If he couldn’t find Zhang Sanfeng, he would execute Hu Guang.

In the 14th year of Yongle, Zhu Di angrily rebuked Hu Guangxun for Sanfeng’s failure. Hu Guang visited Wudang again and prayed in Wudang. Legend has it that Zhang Sanfeng was invited by the Supreme Master to participate in the Fairy Fair, and he was heading for a cloud head. After passing Wudang, he felt Hu Guangzhi’s prayers, so he pressed the cloud head and landed in front of Hu Guang and said to him: “Go back to Beijing to see you. I just go, don’t worry too much.” Hu Guang rode his horse back to Beijing. New Year’s Eve also won the capital of the capital, Mr. Naizhi Mitutoyo had a side with Yongle at the Golden Palace earlier than before. This is the theory of “Golden Palace Ascending”. There was also a legend at that time, saying that Zhang Sanfeng could fly into the palace and escape back, but these are not enough to be believed. But one thing is still true. Zhang Sanfeng wrote a letter and asked his disciple Sun Biyun to report to Emperor Yongle, telling him the specific way of longevity. Because the emperor wanted to live long, it was almost common sense.

In the early years of Yongzheng in the Qing Dynasty (1723), Mr. Wang Mengjiu once met Zhang Sanfeng to show his teachings. At this time Mitutoyo should be several hundred years old. Because of Zhang Sanfeng’s rising reputation, the emperor of the Ming Dynasty gave him three more titles. That is, Ming Yingzong bestowed him as “Tongwei Xianhua Zhenren”; Ming Xianzong specially named him “Taoguang Shangzhi Zhenxian”; Ming Shizong bestowed him as “Qing Xu Yuan Miao Zhenjun”. Historical records record that Zhang Sanfeng has a tortoise-shaped crane back, big ears and round eyes, and a beard like a halberd. Zhang Sanfeng founded the Taoist school in Wudang Mountain-Sanfeng School, and became the founder of Wudang Wugong.

It was Zhenren Qiu who made him resolutely become a monk. In his old age, he spread the secret in Zhongnan Mountain, and it was the real fire dragon who made him Taoist, and then Zhang Sanfeng followed the ancestor of the Huashan Sleeping Immortal Chen Tuan. He said in the last few sentences of “Stinging Dragon Yin”: “The Heavenly General’s Sleeping Method is passed on to Tunan, and the Tunan faction can survive, and the sloppy Taoist Zhang Banxian.” He also called Chen Tuan as “Old Xiyi” in the “Secret of Taiji Alchemy”. “Ancestor”, called Mr. Huolong “my teacher”, and declared that the reason why Huolong was not famous was because he despised the floating name, so he didn’t even leave his name. He just left a quatrain for future generations and left the world. His quatrain goes: “The Dao Hao is the same as Zheng Huolong, and his name is hidden in Taixu. Since he got Sanfeng, he returned to Penglai Weak Shuidong.” Later, Li Xiyue, a Taoist priest of the Qing Dynasty who worshipped Zhang Sanfeng, returned to Sanfeng for this reason. It is the Hermit School represented by Chen Tuan, and the order of its ancestors is arranged as: “Mai passes on Xiyi, Xiyi passes on the fire dragon, and the fire dragon passes on Sanfeng.” But one thing is certain, that is, Zhang Sanfeng did inherit Chen Tuan. The Dao-based doctrine and inner alchemy thought of Taoist masters since.

According to reports, Zhu Yuanzhang established the Ming Dynasty. Zhang Sanfeng helped Hongwu capture the country. After Zhu Yuanzhang became the throne, he sent people to look for Zhang Sanfeng many times. When the Ming Dynasty became the ancestor, Zhu Di claimed to be the incarnation of Emperor Zhenwu, “built the Forbidden City in the north, and built Wudang in the south” [10], Zhu Di sent the official book Guo Qin, Longping Hou Zhang Xin and others, led 300,000 soldiers, and repaired the Wudang mountain palace, which cost up to Thousands of dollars.
