World's Fastest Level up!

And then, the long-awaited capture of Kenzaki Dungeon finally started.

Kenzaki Dungeon consisted of 30 floors with Orcs, Horn Rabbits, and Red Boars being the few monsters that appeared there. And although I have an upper hand in the terms of level, I still can't let my guard down when fighting against those monsters.

The dungeon boss that was waiting on the lowest floor was High Orc, a monster that has a high attack power. For that reason, it was essential to avoid getting attacked by it which was very suited for my fighting style.

And finally, the dungeon capture rewards given from successfully defeating the High Orc were 25 levels up, explosive magic stone, and Kenzaki Sword.

Explosive magic stone was a very excellent magic item in which when bought normally, even 100k yen is considered cheap. Also, although it has a lame name, Kenzaki Sword’s effects are real as it gives +300 attack power. Both were definitely items that I want to obtain. Therefore, I made up my mind and began to move forward.

Approximately 10 minutes later, I waged a battle against Orcs which was my first encounter today.

・A brown monster with the face of a pig that uses a club or an ax as its weapon. Although their speed is insignificant, their attacks are powerful because of their extraordinary physical strength.

The number of orcs that appeared in front of me were three orcs with one of them vigorously swinging the stone ax in its hand.

Because it would be dangerous to receive the attack from the stone ax with my dagger, I returned the attack with a quick movement before I counterattacked with a swing of my dagger.

“Haa!”

In a flash, my attack gave a deep wound to the orc’s belly, but it was not dead yet. As expected, it was at a different level than the monsters that I fought in the E-rank and D-rank dungeons.

I wanted to chase after it but the remaining two orcs teamed up and pincered me from the left and right. So, I put distance between me and the orcs with a backstep and pushed my free left hand forward.

“Fire! Fire!”

And activated weak attacks with [Beginner Magic Lv 3]. But that was fine for now. Because my aim was to rob their field of vision rather than giving them damages.

“Gyabu!”

“Gya!”

The two orcs bent backward because of the fire on their faces as intended. And this was the biggest opportunity to determine the outcome of the battle.

I swung the Yumemi Dagger in my hand, again and again, to inflict fatal wounds without giving them a chance to counter-attack. And 10 seconds later, I’ve successfully defeated the 3 orcs.

“Let’s take out the magic stones from the corpses. And then I guess I should take this one too.”

I picked up the stone ax that laid on the ground. It has a weight and size that can be used with one hand.

And I used my [Appraisal Lv 1] on the stone ax.

In addition, there are some words that I have never seen before which were ‘Recommended level to equip’. This doesn’t mean it cannot be used without having the specific level, it’s simply just for reference. It can even be used by someone with a level lower than that if they used [Body Reinforcement] skill.

“It is certainly attractive if I only look at the effect but, this is more of a heavy weapon. I guess I should keep using the close-range weapon Yumemi Dagger which I am accustomed to since it only has a 70 attack power difference from the ax. Still, I think I will at least collect it.”

When I used [Appraisal] on the stone axes that the other two orcs used, both had the effects of +95 and +90 attack power respectively. It seems even if those were the same [Orc’s Stone Ax], the effects are slightly different. In the end, I only put the +100 attack power [Orc’s Stone Ax] to my [Item Box].

“Yosh, it’s finished. At any rate, it’s been a while since I fought such strong monsters”

For the past few weeks, I’ve been fighting monsters that can’t even decrease even 1% of my HP when they attacked me. However, it was not weird if my HP decreased by 10% or more at once if I received an attack from the monsters here. That’s why the tension during battle was completely different.

“Although I bought the minimum amount of HP recovery pills and MP recovery pills with the money I earned recently, I will do my best to not use it as much as possible.”

In this dungeon, it has been confirmed that no bonus reward is given even if I capture this dungeon on the first time I challenge it. So, I don’t intend to forcefully capture it this time.

Let’s just gradually regain my sense of combat while fighting the monsters that appear along the way.

For the same reason, I don’t intend to use [Transfer Within Dungeon] to transfer between layers. Well, there is also the reason that it is unknown whether I could deal with it if there were a lot of such powerful monsters in the transfer destination after using [Transfer Within Dungeon].
