I took out the magic stone from the fire wolf's body and dropped my shoulder a little when I confirmed that it was a transparent one.

"Of course there is no way a rare magic stone dropped from the first mob I defeated…"

The wolf-type monsters that appeared in this dungeon could possess a rare magic stone that was different from the normal one. For example, it would be a red magic stone that has absorbed the fire attribute magical power.

If I wanted to obtain the bonus reward from Marou Dungeon, I have to defeat:

・Fire Wolf

・Water Wolf

・Wind Wolf

・Earth Wolf

・Light Wolf

・Dark Wolf

・Poison Wolf

・Paralyze Wolf

・Sleep Wolf

And obtain a total of nine types of magic stones from those monsters that were commonly known as Demon Wolves.

"If I'm not wrong, the probability of getting one is 1/50, isn't it? It seems there is a long way ahead…"

But while getting troubled by the fact that I had to defeat nearly 500 wolves in total, I kept moving forward.

"With this–the 100th one!"

The Nameless Sword decapitated the neck of the wolf that became my 100th kill so far. Incidentally, the Fire Wolf's red magic stone was dropped in the 40th one and the one that I just defeated was an Earth Wolf. And the magic stone that I took from it was brown instead of transparent.

With this, I finally obtained the second one. However, I spent an hour and a half just for getting these two stones. At this pace, it would take me about more than 6 hours to obtain nine of them.

"Well, normally this is a task that should be distributed and collected by a party after all. Although there is no condition that I have to clear it within hours, there is no way I could continue to dive in the dungeon for that long. Therefore, it seems I have no choice but to hurry."

Until now, I've randomly defeated the monsters that appeared but from here on, fighting Fire Wolves and Earth Wolves would be a waste of time. I should move more efficiently.

"First of all, Enemy Detection!"

I found five Water Wolves gathered two floors below as I used [Enemy Detection] in a wide range. Simultaneously I also thought it would be troublesome to defeat five enemies at the same time, but there was no time to complain.

"Transfer Within Dungeon!"

I transferred to that place in a few tenths of seconds and attacked the wolves right away. I was able to decapitate two wolves while their reactions were delayed because of my sudden appearance before them.

"Bhaa!?"

"Gruaa!"

At this point, two wolves finally shot water lasers toward me. But, it was futile.

"Slow!"

Evading desperate counter-attacks from the wolves was easy. I sneaked through their attacks and approached the two before cutting each belly and neck with the Nameless Sword held in my right hand.

"Graaaaaa!"

The remaining wolf approached me from my undefended left side with its mouth wide open. However–

"It took the bait."

–I took Kirikuji Dagger from the [Item Box] and swung it up from the bottom.

Although its attack power was lower than the Nameless Sword, I could cover it up with my status. As a result, the dagger cut the Water Wolf's jaw easily.

"Guu?!"

Then, I swung the Nameless Sword against the Water Wolf that was confused by the sudden damage. That became the finishing blow, and with this I successfully defeated all five of the wolves.

After that when I took out the magic stones, only one of them glowed blue.

"Ah, seriously! What luck to be able to obtain it from defeating only five of them"

With this, the number of wolves that I have to defeat should be reduced significantly. Well, there was a possibility that I would struggle to get one, though.

At any rate, I was able to save a lot of time since I was able to fight five wolves at the same time.

"The use of Enemy Detection and Transfer Within Dungeon for a wide range indeed consumes quite an amount of SP, but it was quite effective. I guess I will switch using the normal and moderate range of search."

While muttering like that, I used [Enemy Detection] once again.
