"cleo? are you going to tell us?"

max voice seemed to have broken whatever spell we were under as i realized none of us had said a word

"oh, i was just- you know checking the info a few more thousand times" she chuckled nervously

"how about we listen to whatever anna wants to tell us first" i offered

"mmhm let me patch her through"

after hearing a bit of static we were finally able to hear anna's overly cheerful voice

"guys you won't believe where i am right now!" she said

"where are you?" max and cleo asked at the same time although their tones were extremely different. while max's held concern and a bit of excitement, cleo's was a bit of annoyance and impatience.

"i actually am not sure what this place is" she said

"what does that mean?" cleo and max asked at the same time

"stop copying me" cleo said sounding so done with everything

"you copied me!" max accused

"i didn't freaking copy you! you did!"

"so today i was walking to school when miss jas stopped me and asked for help so i was ok and hoped in-"

"-and she started driving. she asked me about this article which i had read previously so i began talking not realizing where we were going. and before i knew where we were in front of a old looking building-"

"someone kill me" cleo complained

"get to the point anna" i said. as much as i liked cleo suffer we sadly didn't have the time to spare.
