Jiang Han nodded and said, "Then please trouble Elder Hu to submit the visiting card and see if Miss Pei Zhu will see me!"

Jiang Han and Mo Changlin exchanged glances. Jiang Han's heart sank. Was Pei Zhu unwilling to see him, or was she really not receiving visitors?

The young master remained seated, glanced at Mo Changlin and Jiang Han, and said indifferently, "I am Hong Tianbao, Hong Yao is my grandfather. My grandfather is currently out on patrol. What do you need to see my grandfather about?"

After leaving the manor, Mo Changlin calmed down. He pondered for a moment and said, "Let's go directly to the Foreign Affairs Department!"

"Master Mo, you don't need to go!"

Jiang Han didn't want Mo Changlin to suffer any more indignities because of his matter. He said, "I'll go myself."

Mo Changlin hesitated, then he urged, "Then you must be patient. This is Bright City. Don't act rashly. If you make a move here, no one will be able to save you!"

Jiang Han nodded slightly and walked alone towards the northwest of the city. The previous Heavenly Emperor had told Jiang Han the location of the Foreign Affairs Department, and Jiang Han found it after wandering around for a while.

There were four guards outside the Foreign Affairs Department, all of whom were Saint Rulers, which showed the strength of the Bright Assembly's foundation.
