Horror is one genre that is relatively easy to build emunity towards. If you've watched a decent amount of horror movies, you've probably noticed that you've grown almost completely unfazed at them. Besides maybe jump scares which will give you the occasional shock, everything else feels somewhat mundane. Mundane is not quite the right way to describe it. Although the scenes might still look cool, they definitely aren't scary.

Of course, everyone will have things they fear more than others.
