As the title already states, the saving and loading feature has been removed. Due to a significant number of idiots blatantly using saves to exploits other mechanics, we've received a copious amount of false bug reports and complaints. Even if you planned to use saves to exploit something such as the stock market, you should at least do is somewhat discreetly.

Consequently, we're just removing the source of the annoyances, the save system.
